CANCELLATION OF SELECTED MIDEAST & HONG KONG FLIGHTS [June 6 to 8]
Philippine Airlines cancelled the following selected flights because of limited availability of quarantine hotel rooms, for the period up to June 8:
• PR 5655 – Riyadh-Manila on June 6
• PR 5682/5683 – Manila-Dammam-Manila on June 7
• PR 5654/5655 – Manila-Riyadh-Manila on June 8
• PR300/301 – Manila-Hong Kong-Manila on June 8
We sincerely regret that we have no choice but to cancel these flights, and we will reach out to notify affected passengers directly by email or other means, based on other contact information provided. PAL will continue to coordinate closely with government authorities to help our passengers, including cooperation in resolving quarantine and testing issues as necessary.
Affected passengers of these cancelled flights may:
1. Convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher;
2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge;
3. Refund your ticket without penalties.
