📍Coron(busuanga)
• Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result or negative Saliva RT-PCR test result (from Philippine Red Cross), conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before the flight. Copy of the test result with the official receipt should be presented upon check-in.
• Valid Id
• Filled up health declaration Save the digital or printed copy of the QR code, which will be scanned upon arrival, and upon entry and exit of establishments and sites.

📍 Dipolog City
• Negative Swab Test result taken 5 days before the travel date
• Valid Identification Card
• StaySafe.PH mobile application

📍 Cagayan De Oro
• Accomplish the Online Pre-Arrival Coordination System (OPCoorS) for CDO Barangay Coordination at http://services.cagayandeoro.gov.ph/cdotabangtravelers. A coordination letter will be automatically generated after successful submission.
• Register to the StaySafe.ph Contact Tracing System
• Register to Higala App QR Code for Contact Tracing at https://higala.cagayandeoro.gov.ph
• Proof of Identification (Residency)
• Government issued IDs (i.e., Passport, SSS, GSIS, PHIC, etc. addressed in CDO)

📍Pagadian City
• All Non-APORs/LSIs are required to be swabbed for RT-PCR test upon entry into the city regardless of the quarantine status of their places of origins.
• All arriving passengers who took the RT-PCR tests upon arrival will not be required to undergo 14-day quarantine, and test kit shall be borne out at the local government’s expense if they give their number and exact complete address in the city for monitoring and contact tracing purposes.
• The swabbing will be held at the Pagadian City Airport for travelers who enter the city by plane, and at the City Isolation Center in Barangay Sta. Maria Pagadian City for those who enter the city by land.
• All APORs who enter the city regularly like those who work in regional offices at the regional center, travelers who deliver essential cargoes regularly, members of the police and military, and government workers shall not be required to take RT-PCR tests.
• Travelers who arrive bringing along Negative RT-PCR tests done from their places of origin shall only be accepted when the test is done five (5) days or less prior.

📍PUERTO PRINCESA CITY
• Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result from a DOH-accredited facility conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before boarding OR Saliva Test from Philippine Red Cross, conducted within forty-eight (48) hours before boarding
• Valid Id and travel Docs
• Copy of Proof of Residence or Barangay Certificate signed by Barangay Captain
• Letter of Acceptance from LGU (required by all municipalities in Palawan Province, except for the municipalities of Rizal, Narra, and Quezon)

📍Ozamiz
• All passengers shall register to Safe, Swift, and Smart Passage (S-PaSS) and StaySafe.ph.
• No mandatory RT-PCR Negative Result requirement. However, passenger may undergo RT-PCR testing at his/her discretion.
• Mandatory Rapid Antigen Testing for travelers coming from Metro Manila, Cebu City, Cebu Province and any other DOH-Declared COVID-19 hotspot upon their arrival at the airport in the Province of Misamis Occidental.
• The rapid antigen test shall be free of charge.
• To avoid delay, passengers may undergo RT-PCR testing at the LGU of origin and present the RT-PCR Negative Results (48 hours validity) upon their arrival at the airport in the Province of Misamis Occidental.

📍Siargao
• Negative RT-PCR Test or COVID-19 Saliva Test Result taken within forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days of release of the result
Exemption: All Children, 14 years old and below, traveling to Siargao/Surigao Airport shall be exempted from presentation of Negative RT-PCR Test or COVID-19 Saliva Test Result, provided they shall be accompanied by their parent/s or guardian.
• Valid Identification Card
• Surigao del Norte’s e-Health Pass as Tourist from:
https://covid19.ssct.edu.ph/healthform
• Confirmed Booking of Accommodation from the resort, hotel or hostel duly accredited by the DOT
• Travel Itinerary in Siargao

📍Roxas

📍Butuan
• Negative RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen Test Result conducted within five (5) days before departure from the point of origin.

ALL airport passengers MUST download and register an account in the TRAZE Contact Tracing App beginning 28 November 2020, prior entering the airport.

How to register? Just these simple steps:

• Download the TRAZE App from your mobile store and install it on your phone
• Open the app and click the “Register” button below. Register as “Individual.”
• Just follow the instructions indicated in the app and input the needed information
• Activate your account

Meanwhile, for passengers who do not have mobile phones or any other mobile gadget, they may go to the Malasakit Helpdesk at the airport where they will be provided assistance in getting a unique QR code. Or, they may likewise ask a family member to register them with the app.

The QR code can be used at any DOTr Office nationwide.

TRAZE, a nationwide and unified contact tracing app is co-developed by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and Cosmotech Philippines, Inc., which enables the government’s contact tracing efforts to be strengthened and be more efficient.

With TRAZE, the contact tracing process can now be done in just a few minutes, unlike the usual and manual process. Not only that—you can also be assured that your data is safe and secured, as the app fully complies with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) or Republic Act No. 10173. Cebu Pacific and Cebgo intend to operate the following domestic and international flights. This month, to further support the Philippine tourism industry and economy, we look forward to adding Boracay, Bohol, Kalibo, Dipolog, Tuguegarao, Bacolod and Roxas to the network.

We also intend to operate limited international routes, namely: Manila-Dubai-Manila, Manila-Osaka-Manila, Manila-Tokyo-Manila, Manila-Nagoya-Manila, and Manila-Singapore-Manila, as well as Manila-Seoul (Incheon), Manila-Hong Kong.

Notice to all outbound passengers of Clark International Airport

The following countries require all passengers coming from the Philippines to present a COVID-19 RT-PCR Negative Test Result/Certification issued by their respective government’s accredited testing institutions before they can be allowed to board their flights:
