3 out of 6 stray dogs who stay here in our place are paralyzed, I don't want to jump into a bad conclusions but - it comes to my mind asking - is these their way to eliminate stray dogs???

One of stray dogs here gave birth to a healthy 8pupies now looking for animal lover to adopt them.
Anyone???
