Description: Semi Island Beach Campsite (land based) soon to have brgy road
Location: (Talim beach) Ligtasin st.Luyahan,Lian Batangas
Travel time: 2 hr 28 min from Manila by car
Mode of transportation:
*by motor/pedal boat from the parking area w/ life jacket (10 mins) either high tide or low tide (rate:₱150/head - back & forth )...route near seashore & NOT island to island or across the sea)
*by walking on the seashore (15 mins from the parking area if low tide & med high tide

Power source: Generator & Solar energy
Water source: manual water pump (poso)

KUBO'S RENTAL:

Kubo 1 (beach front) *4-6 pax capacity
