DAJAY Private Place offers your family and friends for a Homestay to enjoy the beach view and other socio-cultural activities while relaxing away from your home �

Our HOUSE RULES:

A 40% Non-Refundable Fee is Advised atleast Seven (7) Days before Occupying and with Full Payment Upon Arrival.No cancellation is allowed, instead, Rebooking within three (3) months is recommen

ded. The moment you arrived our Place is Yours...Please TAKE GOOD CARE of our Place just like your HOME..
�always maintain cleanliness inside and outside our place
�segregate waste at all times
�avoid smoking inside the room
�don't allow strangers to enter our place
�pet is not allowed inside the ROOM
�any dangerous act is not allowed
�secure the area when all is at sleep
�please turn/switch off the lights/appliances if not in use

Some facilities are available at no Cost but Some May Have; Kindly coordinate with US and please RETURN them in good Condition. you can use the following at No Cost
�gas stove, grill stand, cooking and kitchen utensils
�1 double deck, 2 extra bed, 4 pillows,2 blankets, 2 sleeping mat, 1 mosquito net and 1 tent
�refrigerator
�1 unit bluetooth speaker
�1 unit stand fan and 1 mounted electric fan

Anything not stated above needs to call our attention

�Please obseve Health Protocols
�Body Temperature, Alcohol Spray Guest Logbook are availale in our place

It's OK to have PLEASURE the whole Night but please consider others while having a good sleep. We are always AROUND but we also need to take a REST..Please CONSIDER us too especially at midnight.
�In case of brown out, our generator is available till 12:00 midnight only for health and safety reason during your stay. REMEMBER, we Are a HOMESTAY ACCOMMODATION not a RESORT�

WE provided you the BASIC NEEDS at Affordable Cost to make you feel COMFORTABLE, SAFE and RELAX. As you LEAVE,
Check your BELONGINGS and OURS as WELL too
�with additional charge for any lost/broken things
