Sometimes, huge followers and likes don't always mean that something in social media is TRUE or NICE.

If you are planning to book for a tour or flight, make sure you review the feedback of the page. Always check if the pictures and recommendations are legit and if their office can be easily reached, like within the Metro or nearby provinces.

Also, if you are travelling as a big group and you know that huge money will be involved, make sure you get the Agency owner's complete name and personal page so you can have back up in case they didn't comply to your agreement.

Lastly, make sure to ask recommendations from your friends or relatives first, or the people you see inside the page of your desired agency, so that you will be secured that what you are dealing with is a legit company and not a scammer. And of course, follow your gut feeling.

Flight schedule changes (May 1-10, 2019)
as of April 29, 2019, 8:00pm

As part of the ongoing effort to improve on time performance and reduce inconvenience to our passengers, Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will be canceling 58 round-trip flights until May 10, 2019.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our passengers.

Passengers on cancelled flights may opt to:

1. Rebook flights for travel within 30 days from original departure date, free of charge
2. Reroute to / from alternate airports for travel within 30 days, subject to availability of seats
3. Get a full refund
3. Place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund

Furthermore, passengers on cancelled flights will receive one round-trip travel voucher which they can use for future flights.

Affected guests may manage their own booking through the "Manage Booking" section of the Cebu Pacific website (https://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight).

Passengers booked on these cancelled flights no longer need to go to the airport, and can manage their bookings online instead.

We are doing this because we have seen an unprecedented level of disruption to our operations, and our passengers are experiencing extended delays and some on-the-spot cancellations.

To create space in our schedule for operational recovery, minimize rolling delays and give passengers the chance to make alternate travel plans, we have to temporarily reduce the number of our flights given the current operating conditions, particularly in our Manila hub.

Cebu Pacific is working with the airport authorities, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to make things better for our passengers.

Sobrang haba ng pila sa entrance palang ng airport.

Sobrang haba ng pila sa pagbabayad ng travel tax if di pa kasama sa binayaran mo sa ticket.

Sobrang haba ng pila sa pag check-in at LALONG SOBRANG HABA NG PILA sa IMMIGRATION!

Avoid the hassle or worse malate ka sa flight mo at bibili ka ng bagong ticket ☹️, so be early at the airport! 😊

Be there 2 hours before your domestic flight schedule and 3-4 hours before your international flight schedule. Naexperience ko na ang mahaba ang pila sa IMMIGRATION at hindi pa Holy Week yun, pano pa kaya ngayon. 😊😉
