SUMMIT POINT GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB SIGNS AGREEMENT FOR SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION TO ENERGIZE FACILITIES

Summit Point Golf and Country Club achieved a significant milestone today as it signed an agreement with Y Energy to install a 100KW solar panel facility, aimed at energizing the club’s operations and promoting sustainability. The official signing took place at Manila Golf Club, marking a step towards Summit Point’s commitment to renewable energy.

The agreement was signed by Robbie Leviste, President of Summit Point Golf and Country Club, and Robert Yupangco, President of Y Energy. The 100KW facility will help reduce the club’s carbon footprint while enhancing energy efficiency.

The signing was witnessed by key personalities who have played an essential role in the project:

The installation of the solar panels is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks, with completion expected in 3-4 weeks. Once operational, the solar facility will significantly reduce the club’s dependence on conventional energy sources, paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future.

Robbie Leviste, President of Summit Point, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “This partnership with Y Energy brings us closer to our goal of making Summit Point a leader in sustainability within the country club industry. By investing in solar energy, we are not only reducing our environmental impact but also ensuring the long-term viability of our club.”

Robert Yupangco, President of Y Energy, added, “We are excited to collaborate with Summit Point in this forward-thinking initiative. Our 100KW solar installation will support their sustainability goals and set an example for other clubs across the country.”
