1. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE - sa ospital kung saan ka irerefer ng barangay
2. BRGY. TRAVEL PASS - sa inyong Barangay Hall/City or Municipal Hall
3. TRAVEL AUTHORITY - PNP Station sa inyong lugar.
4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER - kung saang lugar po kayo pupunta.

MGA PAMAMARAAN PAANO ITO MAKUHA:
1. Pumunta sa inyong barangay at magtanong kung paano makakakuha ng medical certificate. Papupuntahin ka nila sa health center or hospital ng inyong lugar. Depende sa barangay ninyo kung saan kayo irerefer na hospital po.
2. Pag nakakuha kana ng medical certificate, ay pwde kanang bumili ng ticket mo pauwi, kasi may fifill-upan ka po na Form sa barangay nyo para sa pagkuha ng TRAVEL PASS. Kailangan po kasi sa travel details nyo.
3. Pumunta sa PNP para iprocess ang TRAVEL AUTHORITY

PAALALA:

Habang magpo-process ng medical certificate, makipag-coordinate po muna sa LGU na uuwian ninyo. Tawagan ang kamag-anak at magpakuha ng ACCEPTANCE LETTER. Tatawagan po kasi ng LGU kung saan ka ngayon ang uuwian mong probinsya o LGU para kumpirmahin ang iyong pag-uwi. Mas madali ang pagkuha ng travel authority kapag ang iyong kamag-anak sa iyong uuwian ay nakapunta rin sa LGU municipal office para ipaalam na uuwi ka at makakuha ng acceptance letter.
Pag nakakuha na ng ACCEPTANCE LETTER ang iyong kamag-anak ay pakuhanan ito ng picture at nararapat na isend ng kamag-anak mo sa messenger dahil ikaw na byahero ay ipapakita mo ito sa PNP upang di kana mahirapan sa pagkuha ng travel authority.

GUIDE FOR TOURIST GOING TO BORACAY

Requirements for Boracay Tourists:
✔️Negative RT-PCR
Test before travel requiring a negative RT-PCR result 42-78 hours prior to traveling to Boracay
✔️Registration
Register online via aklan.gov.ph or touristboracay.com and accomplish the Tourist Health Declation Card (HDC)
✔️ Confirmed Hotel Booking
Hold a confirmed booking/voucher from DOT - accredited hotels
✔️ Email
Email copies of negative test result, hotel booking and valid ID to [email protected]. Use OHDC - Family name, First name as email subject.

Process upon entering to Boracay:
1. AIRPORT
Prepare and present the following.
A. Negative RT-PCR result and Health Declaration (To be filled out online http://aklan.gov.ph)
B. Tourist QR code for contact tracing (keep the copy with you all the time).
C. Hotel booking voucher
2. CATICLAN JETTY PORT (Boracay Entry Port)
You have to present once again the Tourist QR code for contact tracing.
3. CAGBAN PORT
Our ground personel will assist passengers going to their respective Hotels or Resort.

Reminder for Boracay Tourist:
1. Eligible Tourist.
Only tourist from area under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) or lower shall be allowed to visit Boracay Island. Person with comorbidities will not be allowed.
2. Entry and Exit.
Godofredo P Ramos Airport (Caticlan) will be the only port of entry and exit for tourist. Kalibo International Airport will not accept tourist travelling to Boracay until further notice.
3. Exemptions
There are no age restrictions for Domestic tourist. Children 7 years old and below are exempted from taking the RT-PCR test.
