PAYMENT GUIDELINES:
*A reservation fee of 300php/ pax must be made 2 weeks or earlier, before the travel date and is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total package rate.
*Full payment must be settled 1 week before the travel date or upon departure (for clients assurance).

JOINERS TOUR
1. Seat are first come, first serve basis.
2. Travel dates are every weekend.
3. For 3D/ 2N tours: Available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Departure is every Thursday night.
4. For 2D/ 1N tours: Available every Saturday and Sunday. Departure is every Friday night.
EXCLUSIVE TOUR
1. FLEXIBLE TRAVEL DATE for the EXCLUSIVE tour for 12pax; otherwise RATE VARIES for a group LESS than 13pax.
2. You can choose your desired pick up location within Metro Manila, however, there will be an extra charge, particularly if the location is out of the way.

TERMS AND CONDITION:
RESERVATION:
1. Reservations are subject to availability.
2. Call/message us for booking and reservation.
3. Clients are responsible to review the package inclusions and terms prior to purchasing the package deal.
4. Please call/ message PICKTOUR for accurate information regarding tour package and inclusions.
5. Reservation fee of 300php must be made 2 weeks or earlier before the travel date and is not refundable (which will be deducted from the total remaining amount of the package price).
6. Full payment must be made 1 week before the travel date OR upon departure.
7. Guests must guarantee that they don't have any serious medical illness/ conditions such as heart problems, orthopedic problems, etc. unless recommended by a licensed doctor.
9. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable but are transferable or can be re-scheduled.
10. Optional activity fees are not included in the travel package.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Only infants aged 3years and below are free of charge.
13. No downpayment, no reservation.
14. Itinerary and rates may change without prior notice.
15. Rates are not applicable on holidays.
16. Private tour rate is based on the number of guests.
17. Private tour can choose their preferred travel date.
18. Should there be any cancellations, you can choose to rebook/reschedule 1 week before the travel date.
19. Strictly minimum of 12 pax and maximum of 13 pax.
20. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of departure and to be collected by the tour coordinators or drivers.
CANCELLATION:
1. Non-refundable once confirmed.
2. Travel dates are subject to change due to any weather changes/ conditions.
3. The company has the right to cancel or reschedule the tour if the minimum number of guests are not met.
4. Cancellation/ Re-scheduling or any changes on the confirmed bookings shall be made 1 week prior to travel dates. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
