3. Required Downpayment serve as Confirmation of your Reservations/Bookings and Cancellation Fee if ever you'll cancel your booking on the day of your Snorkelling tour for any reason.

4. By confirming payments or registration, This means that the.client ACCEPT and AGREES to all REQUIREMENTS, TERMS and CONDITIONS stated in this form.

*Terms and Conditions:
1. Package B - Entrance fee is not included . Charge 150 /pax

2. If you choose not to enter or not to pay for entrance fee of the island then our boatman will bring you to the area where it is only allowed for you and your company to swim.

3. For Boat without Lunch Meal -1,000 pesos downpayment is required 3 days before to secure boat reservation.

4. For Boat with Lunch Meal - 50% dowpayment is required 3 days before to secure boat reservation.

5. The downpayment will act as your cancelation fee if there is " NO SHOW CUSTOMER" in scheduled date.
Remaining balance will be COLLECTED on the day of your tour.

6. Your payment is 100% refundable if the coast guard will not allow the trip on that day for any reasons and if you will cancel your tour 1 day (24 hours ) before your scheduled date.

7. Rescheduling your tour for any reasons is allowed 2 days before your scheduled date. Note : move your shedule date in your tour day will charge additional 200 pesos

8. We are not liable or accountable for any lost of valueble things during and after the tour. It should always be the guest or client responsiblity to watch for there valueble things.

9. There will be a damage fee for all equipment lost or damaged. ( damage fee will depends on the damage done or the value of things lost )
