Guest access:
Guests need to clear with the security guard at the gate to get inside the subdivision by letting them know you are our guests. Guests can use ALMOST the whole house with the EXCEPTION of the master bedroom, maids quarter and the owners kitchen. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided to guests staying for 3 or more nights. Please bring your own if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights only. Plenty of street parking in front of the house

- HOMEOWNERS/CARETAKERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES DUE TO HOUSE GUESTS NEGLIGENCE AND ALCOHOL RELATED INJURIES/FATALITIES
- CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED ALL OF THE TIME ESPECIALLY IN AND AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL
- Pets are NOT allowed due to owners allergy. A Php 5,000 penalty will be charged if a pet is seen and owner/caretaker was not informed.
- We reserve the right to ask houseguests to vacate the premises at anytime if and when we deem they are becoming uncontrollable and house rules are not being observed after repeated warnings.
- Any damage that occurs during stay will be charged to house guests
