WHAT: FACE-TO-FACE OATHTAKING OF NEW PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS WHO TOOK THE EXAMINATION IN LUCENA, LAGUNA, MARINDUQUE, OCCIDENTAL AND ORIENTAL MINDORO AND ROMBLON.

WHEN: JANUARY 26, 2025 (Sunday)

WHERE: QUEZON CONVENTION CENTER,
Quezon Capitol Compound, Lucena City

1. To confirm your attendance for the face-to-face oathtaking, pre-register through online.prc.gov.ph. Choose PRC Lucena as your venue.

2. Print the “Panunumpa ng Propesyonal” (oath form) bearing the QR-Code, and submit the same on the oathtaking day.

3. After the pre-registration, you can buy your oathtaking ticket at the 2/F Lucena Grand Central Terminal Bldg, Lucena City (in front of the PRC building) from January 6 to January 24, 2025, Monday - Friday (except on holidays), from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. Look for the PAFTE booth.

4. Present your QR-Coded oath form when buying your ticket. Buying of oathtaking ticket through a representative is allowed as long as the QR-Coded form of the inductee is presented. Authorization Letter is NOT required. Signature on the QR-Coded form is also not required as well as the documentary stamp.

Note: Please make sure that the time indicated in your TICKET is the SAME as the time indicated in your QR-Coded oath form (9:00AM or 12:00PM). This will be STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED.

5. On your scheduled time of oathtaking, make sure that your QR-Coded oath form will be scanned before entering the venue, and submit the same to PRC employees, as basis to tag your attendance.

6. The oathtaking ceremony will be in two (2) batches: Batch 1 – 9:00 A.M. Batch 2 – 12:00 P.M.

7. Inductees with 9:00AM schedule may be accommodated as early as 6:00AM.

8. Each inductee will be allowed to have one (1) companion. Please take note that children are not allowed inside the venue to maintain the solemnity of the occasion.

9. Wear corporate or business attire.

10. Please take note that the souvenir program that will be distributed to inductees on the oathtaking day is for passers from the following testing centers ONLY: Lucena, Laguna, Marinduque, Mindoro and Romblon. Inductees who took their respective exams in testing venues other than those mentioned, may attend the oathtaking in Lucena, however only the PIN may be provided.

11. To avoid inconvenience, please arrive at the venue at least one (1) hour before your scheduled time.

or transient, mag-iingat po kayo at wag basta magtitiwala, siguraduhin na sa tamang business fb page po kayo nakikipag transaksyon.

Picture po ng labas ng aming transient house ang ginamit nya pero indi po yan ang pictures ng loob ng unit namin.
