Annyeonghaseyo! We’re excited to announce a major upgrade that will break down language barriers for our beloved Korean tourists! The Department of Tourism - Philippines has just revamped its tourist hotline, making vacation planning smoother and easier than ever before!

Starting this February, Korean-speaking tourists can get seamless assistance from the Department of Tourism's upgraded Tourist Assistance Call Center (TACC)! With this exciting new feature, the DOT is reinforcing its commitment to serve South Korea—our biggest source of visitors. Now, travelers can easily reach a professional Korean-speaking rep, available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST), for all their vacation needs!

The agency is now offering a new mobile hotline at +63954-253-3215 for more efficient communication with tourists. For landline users, you can still reach the assistance desk at 151-TOUR (151-8687), or email inquiries to [email protected]. For quick, real-time assistance, tourists can also contact the Department of Tourism-Philippines via Facebook Messenger or use the Click2Call and Live Webchat services available at beta.tourism.gov.ph.
