• Effectively handle and manage all the tours and holidays transactions
• Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the business

📍 Required Skill(s): Ticketing, Reservations, Bookings

📍 For Junior Operations Executive at least with 1-year working experience with the same position

📍 For Senior Operations Executive at least 2-3 years working experience with the same position

📍 With experience in IATA company is an advantage

📍 Must have a background in ticketing issuance using AMADEUS and ABACUS

📍 Preferably with 1-year experience specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

📍 Keen on details, very organized and systematic

📍 Active listening and good customer service orientation

📍 Must be good at interpersonal skills and be dynamic, flexible, honest and patient.

📍 Displays a positive attitude, even under pressure

📍 Knowledgeable ticketing, tour operation, communication, or other tourism services

📍 Can work with minimum supervision
