We would like to reiterate that in compliance with the regulations set by the Davao local authorities, passengers flying to Davao City beginning today, July 20, will be required to submit a COVID-19 RT-PCR (Swab) Test with NEGATIVE result taken within 48 hours before departure. The Coronavirus Antibody Blood (Rapid) Test IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.


Guests without the Swab Test will not be allowed to board the flight.

Passengers are STRONGLY URGED to check with the concerned local government units first prior to departure as they may have specific requirements and regulations. They may be also be asked to provide their complete addresses prior to travel date. Providing inaccurate information or incomplete requirements may result in denied boarding of the flight.

We encourage guests to check the email addresses and contact numbers they provided upon booking for updates on their flights. Passengers who booked through travel agencies or any other third party are strongly urged to check with them for information regarding their flights before their travel dates.

Aron di na mahasol ang publiko, ang Cebu City Government subay sa kamanduan ni Mayor Edgar Labella mamahimong mo-process online sa mga application niadtong mga buot mokuha ug TRAVEL PASS, AUTHORITY TO ENTER og NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF TRAVEL.

I-attach lang ang mga requirements nga gikinahanglan sa permit/pass nga inyong kuhaon.

Kadtong mga ni-apply sa barangay ug gipahibaw nga ang barangay na ang mag-process sa tanan, DILI na kinahanglan mo-apply ONLINE. Huwata nalang nga pahibaw-on sa barangay nga andam na ang mga dokumento nga inyong gi-request.

Special Repatriation Flights, June 3-7, 2020

As of June 2, 2020; 1:00pm​



Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will mount special flights to repatriate stranded passengers and returning Overseas Filipino Workers; as well as those on essential travel to a limited number of domestic destinations from June 3 to 7, 2020. We continue to work with the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), as well as other national and local government authorities, on the rules and requirements to operate these flights.

Phased, agile restart

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will mount flights between Manila and the following destinations from June 3 to 7, 2020:

General Santos

Cagayan de Oro

Naga

Cebu (starting June 5, 2020)

We will provide updates on flight schedules as soon as these are finalized. In Manila, all flights will depart and arrive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.

Please note that leisure travel is not allowed, as per government guidelines. Guests must check guidelines from the IATF, and with the local governments of their origin and destination for the required documents.

We continually coordinate with national and local government authorities on travel between areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ). Our plan is to gradually build-up our domestic flight network, depending on market demand, quarantine restrictions and government regulations.

Meanwhile, all International flights remain suspended from June 1 to 30, 2020.



Safe, Contactless Flights

In the meantime, CEB had been rolling out its guidelines for safe Contactless Flights, so guests will know what to expect before their trips.

Contactless Flight guidelines include the wearing of masks, online check-in, being at the airport 3 hours before flight, counter closure of 1 hour before flight, maximum one hand-carry per person, contactless boarding procedures, and physical distancing.

We have also increased safety measures, including extensive daily disinfection of aircraft, cleaning of airport passenger surfaces such as shuttle buses and bag drop counters, frontliners' use of personal protective equipment, and rapid testing for cabin crew and pilots. Flexible options for guests

CEB continues to offer flexible options for passengers affected by the flight cancellations from June 1-30, 2020.

They may rebook their flight for travel within 3 months year; place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund valid for one (1) year; or avail of a full refund. They may use the "Manage Booking" portal in the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) to avail any of these options. As an update on our gradual flight restart, our Manila-Cebu-Manila flights on June 3 and 4 are cancelled, as we are in an ongoing coordination with authorities in order to ensure the smooth resumption of flights. We are in the process of informing affected guests regarding this development.
