✅ANSWER - Yes you can view the unit for as long as you are ready to commit to your requested viewing schedule. .
If you are very, very busy or UNSURE of your schedules, we respectfully suggest that you just view the pictures in our page for the meantime - IT HAS ALL THE PICTURES you may want to see. .

Once you are ready, message us again for the date and time for the viewing schedule. .
Our several disappointing past experiences have shown that there are a lot of people that had requested to view the unit but do not really show up on the schedule they requested. .
Worst is that they do not even have the PROFESSIONAL COURTESY & DECENCY of informing us in advance that they are cancelling out their viewing sched. --- Mahirap po mag antay sa wala --- .
It would only take less than 30 seconds to create and send a message - CANCEL PO ANG SCHEDULE (you don't even have to say SORRY because we do understand that there are people that cannot really do what they say - It's really a matter of character) .
Should you cancel out, don't worry because we will not ask you why you cancelled nor shall we pressure you on making another schedule (we shall not even make follow-ups) .
We are sorry If the above had offended you, we prefer to screen all prospective bedspace tenants as we already have a very good mix of people inside the unit. We do not want them to have unpleasant, disrespectful and irresponsible people around. .

VIEWING SCHEDULE GUIDE

👉The UNIT's COMMON AREA - (Living room, Dining area, bathroom, etc.) can be viewed Monday to Friday between 8am to 7pm

👉The ROOM - can be viewed Monday to Friday between 2pm to 7pm (we have people inside the room who might be sleeping or resting, hence, the limited viewing time) .
Please follow the steps below so that we or our staff can assist you (and attend to you) on your preferred scheduled date:

✅️1)Message us your preferred date and time to view (we will re-confirm our availability) If you had already done this, proceed to the next step below..
✅️2) the DAY OF SCHEDULED VIEWING, please message us (or text us) that you are on your way to our place - This will inform us that you really are serious in abiding with the schedule you requested and also remind yourself that you had not forgotten the schedule you had set-up.
✅️3)Upon ARRIVAL AT OUR PLACE, send us again a message (or text) that you now at our place - This will alert us that you are true to your word on keeping up with the schedule. From this, we shall meet you there - wait for us for about 5 to 15 minutes (maybe less).
⚠️⚠️SHOULD YOU BE UNABLE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE THREE (3) STEPS OF OUR VIEWING GUIDE, we cannot guarantee that we shall be able to assist you and/or for you to view the unit/room as scheduled. (hindi po namin kayo ma-assist pag hindi ninyo susundin yung above procedure).
NOTE: Room viewing time may change depending on whether we have people inside the that are resting/sleeping - We have a policy of respecting the privacy of our bedspacers..
‼️We regret that you had to go through the above procedure but this is the ONLY way that we can screen who among people wanting to view are really serious in viewing the unit..
Most often, people who requested to view the unit DOES NOT APPEAR on the scheduled date and DOES NOT even inform us that they are cancelling out on the schedule (it was the schedule they requested in the first place - not us). Our staff (and ourselves) had to wait for forever not knowing if they really will be viewing the unit/room. Such attitude is a sign of disrespect to people who are waiting for you. It is not a big deal for us if one cancels out or does a re-schedule on the viewing - but please PLEASE have the DECENCY to inform us BEFORE HAND or in advance..
If you find our procedure too strict, we would understand if you no longer wish to view our unit or rent, or transact with us. .
