Due to the impact of Tropical Storm Enteng on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has cancelled additional flights scheduled on September 3, 2024:

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Cauayan, Laoag, Legazpi (Daraga), Masbate, Naga, San Jose, Tuguegarao, and Virac on September 4, 2024. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. MIAA ADVISORY

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) advises passengers to check airline websites for the status of their flights before proceeding to NAIA as the inclement weather affecting Metro Manila at this time has constrained various airlines to cancel several domestic and international flights.

Passengers are also encouraged to monitor the news for information on road flooding within their areas of residence and those leading to NAIA to adjust their travel to the airport and ensure sufficient time for check-in and other pre-boarding procedures.
