Additional Cancelled Flight Due to Tropical Storm Enteng

Due to the impact of Tropical Storm Enteng on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has cancelled additional flights scheduled on September 3, 2024:

DG 6031/6032 Manila – San Jose – Manila
DG 6043/6044 Manila – Busuanga – Manila
DG 6055/6056 Manila - Busuanga – Manila
DG 6064/6065 Cebu – Busuanga - Cebu
DG 6113/6114 Manila – Naga – Manila
DG 6117/6118 Manila – Naga – Manila
5J 821/822 Manila – Virac – Manila

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Cauayan, Laoag, Legazpi (Daraga), Masbate, Naga, San Jose, Tuguegarao, and Virac on September 4, 2024. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

Due to the impact of Typhoon Carina (International Name: Gaemi) on our operations, Cebu Pacific advises its passengers to expect cancellations and flight delays throughout the day.

We have resumed operations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 4, where our Cebgo (DG) flights operate.

Passengers are advised to monitor the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

Passengers affected by cancelled flights are also advised not to proceed to the airport for their safety and to avoid getting stuck on flooded roads.

MIAA ADVISORY

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) advises passengers to check airline websites for the status of their flights before proceeding to NAIA as the inclement weather affecting Metro Manila at this time has constrained various airlines to cancel several domestic and international flights.

Passengers are also encouraged to monitor the news for information on road flooding within their areas of residence and those leading to NAIA to adjust their travel to the airport and ensure sufficient time for check-in and other pre-boarding procedures.

Arriving passengers: Not earlier than 72 hrs from the scheduled time of arrival up to actual arrival into the country; and
Departing passengers: Not earlier than 72 hrs up to not later than 3 hrs from the scheduled time of departure from the country.

BI shall discontinue requiring paper-based arrival/departure cards starting May 1, 2023.
