Two of the must go places to go to when you’re in Holy Land. One is the Church of the Anunciation. You will see a rock where it was determined that the Anunciation happened in that exact place. Also the Chapel of the Milk Groto of Our Lady. Where Mary was believed to have nursed Jesus. Some of her milk poured onto the stone and now the powder from the cave is believed to be miraculous. Come visit with us in November! Prepare for Christmas the best way possible!

At the foot of Mt Sinai in Egypt. Homily of Fr Pros Tenorio
Today, on the Thursday after Ash Wednesday, we are at the foot of Mt Sinai. Fr Pros once again reiterates that Lent is a time for sacrifice meant to glorify God and bring us closer to him. Our denial of self is the acceptance of God. Carrying our crosses daily with love makes them lighter.
It’s very cold here but we continue our pilgrimage with all of your prayers and intentions.

Ash Wednesday at the Shepherd’s Field
Today is Ash Wednesday and we are at the Shepherds Field, where the angels appeared to the shepherds to proclaim Jesus’ birth. As Fr Nap said, this is a reminder of humility. The shepherds were humble and simple, yet they were chosen to hear this proclamation. Ash Wednesday reminds us of that simolicity and humility
Highlight of our Day: Pater Noster (OurFather), Ascencion Chapel, St Peter Gallicantu where Jesus was denied by Peter 3 times and where Jesus was kept in the dungeon after he was arrested, Ein Karem or the Visitation Church where pregnant Mary visited Elizabeth and where John the Baptist was born as well as the St John Church where he was baptised. #HolyLand #Pilgrimage2023 #Jerusalem #CreativeTravel
Fr Nap’s homily during our visit to the Holy Sepulcher. Yes this is where he died but that also gives us the Resurrection, our Salvation
Highlights of our half day today: Via Dolorosa, Mass at the Holy Sepulcher then went to pray at Jesus’ tomb, Calvary and stone. Then to Ascension, Pater Noster, Dominus Flevit, view of the walled city, and the Church of the Agony. #Pilgrimage2023 #HolyLand #CreativeTravel
