1. 2 TYPES OF REGISTRATION
A. Onsite Registration:
- Maari po kayong magpunta sa ATPI office to register as Philippine Looper from 9am to 6pm every Monday to Friday except on Holidays

ATPI office is located at:
3834 One Bermeo Residence Bermeo St. cor. Emilia St. Brgy. Palanan, Makati City

B. Online Registration:
- Para po sa mga malalayong lugar na hindi makakapunta sa ATPI office,
maari po kayong magpa-register online.

2. REQUIREMENTS NEEDED
a. Registration Form
b. Photocopy of Driver's License
c. ORCR ng motorcycle/vehicle to be used
d. Tour Itinerary
e. Picture of vehicle to be used
(front and back)

3. REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee is 3,400ph for each rider/OBR
Inclusion of:
2pcs Phil. Loop tshirts
2pcs Phil. Loop stickers
1pc Passport

We also have Philippine Loop Vest worth 600ph which is optional and was not included on the loopers kit.

Note: Courier and handling fee will be charged to the registrant to ship the travel kit to their specific address.

THE PHILIPPINE LOOP RULES AND MECHANICS

1. PARTICIPANTS
The participants (riders/drivers) must have the proper licenses to operate the vehicles they will use. Back riders or other vehicle occupants must be registered to be entitled to the Achiever’s kit. Minors are allowed as back riders or car occupants provided they are accompanied by their parents or guardians. Only the registered participants are allowed to complete the event. Substitute participants are not allowed.

2. CATEGORIES
I. Vehicles driven by gasoline, diesel or electric engine
a. Two (2) wheeled vehicles - motorcycles, scooters, underbones.
b. Three (3) wheeled vehicles - trikes.
c. Four (4) or more than 4 wheeled vehicles - cars, SUVs, vans, coasters or buses.
II. Human powered vehicles (bicycles with odometer). Maximum number of riding days will be ninety days (90).

3. PRE-QUALIFICATION
Participants are required to submit the following:
a) Registration Form
b) Ride Itinerary
c) Picture of the Vehicle to be used (Front and Back)
d) Photocopy of Driver’s License
(must have the specific restriction numbers)
e) Photocopy of OR/CR or Sales Invoice of vehicle to be used.
The Tour Committee may disapprove a vehicle to be used if the vehicle in the picture is not well maintained or modified but does not conform to DOTr standards.
The Tour Committee has the right to disapprove an itinerary that is impossible, unsafe, too dangerous or does not conform to the rules of the tour.

4. SAFETY COMPLIANCE
The participants must make sure they are physically fit and their vehicles are well maintained and in good running condition.
They must obey all traffic rules, road safety signs, signal lights, and prescribed speed limits. In case the participants get involved in accidents or violations, they are solely responsible for lawsuits, penalties and liabilities for damages that will be incurred.

5. REGISTRATION
Registration fee of P3,400.00 for each participant, back rider or car occupant. Add 600 pesos for the vest. Additional courier fees will be added to ship the travel kit to their address.

6. TRAVEL KIT
Each participant will receive the following items upon receipt or confirmation of payment:
a) Philippine Loop travel logbook (Passport)
b) Two (2) Philippine Loop Stickers
c) Two (2) Participants T-shirts

7. BASIC ROUTE
The participants can do the loop in any sequence. (clockwise or counter clockwise) provided they pass thru all the six (6) ferry points and eight ( 8 ) check points. Participants can do the Loop in stages as long as they complete the loop within one year.
The participants are encouraged to visit other islands, cities, towns and tourist destinations. Incase the participants decide to rest, shop or stay a few more days in a destination to explore dive sites, waterfalls, mountains or festivals; these sightseeing days are excluded from the computation of their maximum number of riding/driving days.
Participants can start and end in an island outside of the basic route (i.e Cebu, Bohol, Masbate, etc.) NOTE: Two (2) additional riding days for every interisland ferry crossing (in excess of the six (6) basic ferry points) will be automatically added to the participants’ maximum riding days.
