🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Configure, customize, and maintain our HubSpot CRM to meet the needs of our sales operations.
- Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM, establishing best practices for data management.
- Sales Support: Train and support sales teams, optimizing their use of the CRM.
- Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows to improve efficiency.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HubSpot seamlessly with other tools.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of CRM processes and configurations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance CRM processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and internal policies.
🏆 Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a HubSpot Administrator or in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in HubSpot CRM with a deep understanding of its features.
- Technical: Knowledge of CRM integrations, data management, and automation tools.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
