Job Title: IT Network Staff
Department: IT
Location: RCBC Tower Makati City

Key Responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure management (including weak current system engineering, computer network, switches, monitoring system CCTV, access control and attendance system and other communication room management)
• Responsible for the installation and setup of various PC/NB operating systems.
• Network equipment management: network equipment and AP installation management
• Basic server management and settings
• Personnel management and communication and coordination with various departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSECE, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support or administration role.
• Must be 25 - 40 years old.
• Gender can be Male or Female (we prefer Male).
• Experience with Application and Network Performance Management.
• Requires Microsoft license or CCNA license

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly rate: Php 35,000.00
• Allowance: Php 5,000.00

近期，很多朋友与我询问有关pogo公司被禁止以及签证如何妥善处理的问题。那么桌鲨将根据收到的信息来源为您解答。

- 目前，政府有关的各级领导仍在开会，讨论马科斯总统解散菲律宾离岸博彩公司要求的具体方案和解决方案。
- 上述问题还没有正式发文指导落实，所以外部消息无论真假，都有一定的道理，你可以选择相信或不相信。
- 禁止pogo公司是否会禁止IGL。由于 IGL 是 POGO 许可证的另一种修改形式，其实操作属性是相同的。因此，很大可能它也会被取消。
- 关于60天内离开菲律宾的要求，移民局领导有声明，但目前还没有谈及具体如何处理现有的9G签证或具体公文让官员依靠执行。
- 关于9G POGO暂停发放的问题，其实pogo一旦被要求解散，就不会再有新员工或发放新签证，这是可以理解的。
- 申请9G的费用也会像其他签证手续费一样不能退还，无论是否获得批准。
- 近期，由于等待正式通知的公文，移民局降签操作状态将被卡住。
- 无法说是否有BLO，因为没有具体的官方调度，但根据工作逻辑，9G pogo是国家正式签证的，如果取消POGO，你仍然可以正常降签。降签后，可能被要求离开。如果您没有按时出境，就有可能被 BLO。还有一些其他原因导致，如不缴纳税款或有其他违规记录。

所以卓鲨可以总结一下方向：
1.在正式公文未签发时，可以使用9G出境，完全过期后可以再取消。但你有可能会有记录，因为你在辞职后没有正确降签流程。
2. 您可以等到正式公文发出后，依靠官方通知来执行。
3、将公司牌照转换，非敏感部门如人事行政、工程等、财务等人员仍可使用正常工作签证。

以上想法仅作为建议，供您对问题有一个更全面的看法。

Thời gian gần đây rất nhiều bạn hỏi mình về việc POGO bị banned và visa xử lý như thế nào ổn thoả. Thì ZhuoSha xin giải đáp các bạn theo nguồn thông tin nhận được.

- Hiện tại các cấp lãnh đạo vẫn còn đang họp về phương án và hướng giải quyết cụ thể yêu cầu của tổng thống Marcos về việc giải tán PoGo.
- Chưa có một công văn nào được ban hành về chỉ đạo thực thi vấn đề trên, chính vì thế các nguồn tin bên ngoài cho dù đúng hay sai cũng có một phần lý do, các bạn có thể chọn lọc và lựa chọn tin tưởng hay không.
- Cấm pogo có cấm IGL hay không thì dựa vào yêu cầu của tổng thống Marcos giản tán POGO. Do IGL là một dạng giấy phép biến đổi của giấy phép POGO, tính chất hoạt động như nhau. Do đó khả năng cao cũng sẽ vì thế mà bị huỷ.
- Về yêu cầu rời khỏi Philippines trong 60 ngày là phát ngôn của cấp lãnh đạo Cục Di Dân nhưng vẫn chưa có nói về việc cụ thể xử lý visa 9G như nào cũng như công văn cụ thể để quan chức dựa vào thi hành.
- Về việc ngưng cấp 9G POGO cũng là điều dễ hiểu khi đã bị yêu cầu giải tán thì sẽ không có nhân viên mới và giấy phép mới được cấp.
- Chi phí đã apply 9G sẽ không được hoàn trả như những phí process visa khác cho dù được cấp hay không.
- Trước mắt tình trạng xuống hạn Downgrade đang bị Onhold do đang chờ công văn ban hành.
- Có bị BLO không thì không thể nói do chưa có công văn cụ thể, nhưng theo lý và logic làm việc thì 9G pogo là do nhà nước cấp phép chính quy, nếu có huỷ POGO thì các bạn vẫn sẽ có thể xuống hạn bình thường và có thể bị yêu cầu xuất cảnh. Khi bạn không xuất cảnh đúng hạn thì có khả năng bị BLO. Cũng như không ngoại trừ một số ký do khác do không đóng thuế hay có kỷ lục vi phạm khác.

Chính vì thế ZhuoSha có thể tóm lại hướng đi:
1. Khi công văn chưa ban hành các bạn có thể sử dụng 9G xuất cảnh và có thể huỷ sau khi hết hạn hoàn toàn. Nhưng có khả năng bị kỷ lục do bạn không chạy đúng lưu trình xuống hạn sau nghĩ việc.
2. Có thể đợi đến công văn ban hành và dựa theo công văn thi hành.
3. Chuyển giấy phép công ty theo từng bộ phận. Các bạn không ở trong bộ phận nhạy cảm ( như Sale Marketing, XNK, CS v.v..) vẫn có thể sử dụng visa trắng làm việc bình thường.

Nhiều người hỏi ZhuoSha về vấn đề pogo bị banned và không nhận người mới nữa có thật không.

ZS xin trả lời là: Hiện tại sau cuộc họp Pagcor đã bị yêu cầu banned PoGo là sự THẬT. Tuy nhiên vẫn đang chờ chính phủ ra Order cuối cùng để confirm về vụ việc cũng như hướng giải quyết sắp xếp cho các công ty hiện hành.

Hơn hết Pagcor là một bộ phận quản lý với nhiều giấy phép khác nhau. Hiện chỉ yêu cầu huỷ Pogo. Nhưng chưa có đề cấp các giấy phép khác như PIGO và IGL.

Tất cả các quyết định của một cơ quan nhà nước đều được đưa ra với ý kiến chung và lợi ích chung của quốc gia. Hãy chờ đợi những thông tin chính xác nhất bằng văn bản giấy tờ.
