LOOK: 'Tops Lookout' management announced that the famous attraction will temporarily close on October 21, Friday to give way to their upcoming redevelopment of the site.

They have also announced an upcoming event 'Till then, Tops' on October 21 to celebrate the legacy, open to the public with a ticket fee of 200 PESOS. Expect a party with Cebu's top DJs, artists, food and beverages available on that day.
