SOON "FORESTANCIA WAVE POOL RESORT" and "AQUA BAY BOULEVARD RESORT"!

The Municipality of Malangas is currently a 3rd class municipality. Collection from its local revenue sources is lower than its neighboring municipality. The need to increase its income is a must to attend to its basic needs and deliver basic services better.

The ongoing construction of the Forestancia Wave Pool Resort has a contracted cost of P99,511,745.04 with a land area of 7,500 sqm, with a Design and Build Scheme to complement the existing hotel. The Aqua Bay Boulevard Resort has a contracted cost of P99,292,571.20 with a land area of 7,540.10 sqm with a Design and Build Scheme. Both projects will be operated by the Local Government Unit of Malangas. The main purpose is to promote tourism, increase local revenue, elevate accommodation services and create employment for its constituents.

Ang maong peace covenant gipanguluhan sa amahan sa lungsod sa Malangas Mayor Marcelo M Baquial Jr, SB Committee on Peace & Order Hon. Alonto A Datukali ug mga Muslim Elders ning lungsod.

Ang maong panagpulong gipanguluhan sa amahan sa lungsod Mayor Marcelo “ Tata” Baquial Jr, SB Member Apple Cabilao Yambao, MSWDO Jeanny Claire Dayonot, ug mga Punong Barangay.

The objective of women’s assembly is to continuously make a great strides in initiating activities for GAD mainstreaming at the grassroot level. It also showcased GAD-related innovations, thereby enabling the Barangays to strengthen women empowerment, fulfillment and protection of human rights and sustainable development.

Gitambungan kini sa mga opisyales sa 25 barangays ning lungsod sa Malangas. The consultative meeting aims to bring the government closer to its people. Presented during the meeting are the programs, projects, activities and updates of the Local Government Unit of Malangas.
