Nivas D' Orient is a villa (it is located 2nd floor of the building so it may call suite or home) that can comfortably accommodate 6 persons and with extra mattress, 11 persons can stay. If you are more than 11 persons, please contact me as I can accommodate more guests adjacent to villa (in my main hotel building).
It has three air-conditioned bedrooms with each having a 54×75 double bed, an air-conditioned living room with a 42" LED TV & DVD and a sofa bed (additional extra floor mattresses will be given after 6 guests), two private verandas, two bathrooms with personalized toiletries and a cold & hot shower, mini-bar/refrigerator, coffee & tea-making facility, in-room safe, free Wi-Fi internet access, and of course, a pool view!
In this house, it's only you and your group will use it. Exclusively for you only.
You will use it only yourselves and your group alone and no one else will share this house.
However, swimming pool, restaurants etc. amenities are shared with other guests. But house is only for your team/group alone.
One very VERY important note: this villa is not in front of the beach. Just 5-7 mins walk to punta bunga white beach or 8-10 mins leisurely walk to beautiful Baling-Hai white beach. Using our complimentary shuttle car to the station one white beach only takes 5 minutes. This villa apartment located at the 2nd floor. Entire 2nd level is yours with your own entrance. 1st floor (ground floor) is restaurant and swimming pool. Pool is NOT private but sharing with other guests in the resort, however pool is located just down of the villa.
You can access our Moonlit Roof-deck Lounge, Garden/Alfresco Restaurant, and Pool (along with its bar)! Note that these accessible areas are shared with other guests. We also have a complimentary shuttle service available throughout the day that could bring you to other beaches and D' Mall. Our complimentary shuttle service is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., from villa to Station One, Station Two (D' Mall), then back to the villa. However during peak season, our shuttle service extends up to midnight! If you want to go to the beach past 9 p.m., there are tricycles that are available for 24 hours. Note that there are certain prices when having different trips:
~ P25 per person (sharing with other people) from villa to D' Mall/Station Two
~ P150-P200 per way (not sharing with other people)
~ P10 per person from villa to CityMall
~ Night trips may be costly depending on the negotiations with the tricycle driver, if special trip.
Nivas D' Orient is a luxurious, spacious, and a modern villa located just 5 mins away from station one white beach by complimentary shuttle service.
Beneath this villa is the restaurant where you can have your daily complimentary breakfast. We have staffs who would cook your breakfast. We also have our menus inside our villa which you can use to order. Also, that's where the infinity pool, our garden restaurant, and our poolside bar are located. Our pool bar overlooking the cool blue waters of the infinity pool is a stylish venue to relax and unwind on the outdoor patio along with a cool drink and music for company. Also, relax and immerse yourself in one of the most spectacular infinity pools in the island of Boracay. At night, hundreds of stars are being illuminated underneath of the pool which makes a dramatic effect in the pool.
Above this villa is the Moonlit Roof-deck Lounge where you can enjoy and gaze the beautiful moon and bright stars lit up in the sky at night. Here, you may eat and relax. As you stay up here, you can also have a romantic dining experience under the stars. This lounge is designed to create a soothing and relaxed atmosphere where guests can sprawl, rest and relax while enjoying their favorite food and drink. Shishas are available for those seeking more exotic pursuits.
Inside the villa, you have three air-conditioned bedrooms. All these rooms have a double bed and a veranda. One bedroom has a bathroom and its own veranda whereas the other two bedrooms share one veranda. and one air-conditioned living room. We have sofa-bed in living room. If you're wondering what other amenities we have, there's:

If you haven't known yet, we have an image gallery, holding photos of Boracay from the 70's! In our resort, just a few steps away from the villa, there locates the image gallery of Boracay. The History of Boracay Image Gallery is something not to miss during your stay! And in fact, it's complimentary. (This is located in the hotel, just a few steps away.)
There are often brownouts or blackouts here in Boracay, so we have a standby automatic generator that can supply power to both the hotel and to this very villa everywhere.
Nivas D' Orient is part of The Orient Beach Boracay (hotel) located in another building. This villa is in the second floor, having the pool, bar, indoor restaurant, and the garden restaurant on the first floor. Whereas the roof-deck lounge is located on the third floor, just above the villa.

Nivas D' Orient is located in a peaceful area of Boracay and just reasonable distance from crowd to have a good night rest, yet leisurely 5-10 mins away from all attractions in Boracay. Located at Hagdan, Yapac, Boracay. Just five minutes away from Station One famous white beach by our complimentary shuttle van. The location of our resort is just along the main Boracay road which is very convenient if go any nearby beaches by tricycle. Also grocery stores, CityMall just nearby. Puka Beach awarded top 10 most beautiful beach in the world can be reached by 25 mins walk.
Since the location is along the road and we are off the beach thus basically surrounded local neighborhood views are seen from verandas.
Our restaurant is open from 6:30 AM until 10 PM. Restaurants nearby are closed after 9 or 10 PM. If you arrive at the resort at 10 PM or later, you may order your food in advance directly with us. Your food will be served at your room if you arrive before 12 midnight. If you arrive after 12 midnight, your pre-ordered food we will be already in the room upon your arrival. Hot food may not be available when you arrive after 12 midnight.

Other things to note
This hotel is not in front of the beach. 8-10 mins leisurely walk to beautiful Baling-Hai white beach. You can use our free shuttle car to go to the station one white beach that's 5 minutes away.
There is no minimum number of stay.
Accessible places like the swimming pool, garden restaurant, and the roof-deck lounge are shared with the other guests of the hotel.
Extra person will be provided extra mattress.
And in case you came from the beach, we have a foot-wash station located near the stairs before entering the villa.
