LALAKI SILA PERO
(Girls, take time to read this)

Isang engineer at isang doctor.

Having many men behind you doesn't mean you are a great woman or a beautiful woman.
Remember, low prices attract customers.
The cheaper the price... more clients to come. The easier it gets. More men will come after you.

Be a worthy, intelligent, strong and matured woman... The woman of God are not beautiful by fashion or by wearing famous branded make-ups, but by the character of God that dwells in her. Beauty comes from within and reflects on the outside ❤️

Judge Not, July 21
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. Matthew 7:2. UL 216.1
Last night I was in a sleepless state much of the time. Many representations passed before me. One was a scene in a council meeting where several were present. One man arose and began finding fault with one of his brethren. I looked at the speaker’s garments, and saw that they were very undesirable. UL 216.2
Another person arose, and began to state his grievance against a fellow laborer. His garments were of another pattern, and they, too, were undesirable. Still another, and another, arose, and uttered words of accusation and condemnation regarding the course of others. Everyone had some trouble to speak of, some fault to find with someone else. All were presenting the defects of Christians who are trying to do something in our world; and they declared repeatedly that certain ones were neglecting this or that or the other thing, and so on. UL 216.3
There was no real order, no polite courtesy, in the meeting. In their anxiety to make others hear, speakers crowded in while others were still talking. Voices were raised, in an effort to make all hear above the din of confusion.... UL 216.4
After many had spoken, One of authority appeared, and repeated the words: “Judge not, that ye be not judged” (Matthew 7:1).... Christ Himself was present. An expression of painfulness came over His countenance as one after another would come forward, with uncouth dress, to expatiate upon the faults of various members of the church. UL 216.5
Finally the heavenly Visitant arose. So intent were those present on criticizing their brethren, that it was with reluctance that they gave Him opportunity to speak. He declared that the spirit of criticism, of judging one another, was a source of weakness in the church today. Things are spoken that should never find utterance. Everyone who by word of mouth places an obstruction in the way of a fellow Christian has an account to settle with God. UL 216.6
With earnest solemnity the Speaker declared: “The church is made of many minds, each of whom has an individuality. I gave My life in order that men and women, by divine grace, might blend in revealing a perfect pattern of My character, while at the same time retaining their individuality. No one has the right to destroy or submerge the individuality of any other human mind, by uttering words of criticism and faultfinding and condemnation.”—Manuscript 109, July 21, 1906, “Love Toward God and Man.” UL 216.7

Hi all my beloved brother and sister
DID COVID-19 kill your church? Has it been a walking dead institution for years? Since a church building cannot die, we are talking about the people. If you are finding it challenging to motivate and activate your church, here are 5 ways to revive it.

Start Small
The task of resurrecting an ailing or dead church is enormous. This problem cannot be solved by trying to plan big programs, charismatic revivals and other non-personal activities. Using events to jumpstart the church is more times than not the wrong approach. It is the little things that you can do to impact small groups of willing individuals that will make the most significant changes. We tend to opt for one-off events because it requires no more effort after the ex*****on, and it is a visible attempt in the eyes of others to say that you attempted something.
Instead, focus on smaller and more intimate process-based activities.
Activities that may not have a deadline, such as having weekly phone calls to members, taking the teens out to the park or beach every month, setting up a parenting class for single parents in the church and community.
These activities may not come with the fanfare of an event, but the positive output can be immeasurable.

Form Friendships
We often neglect to admit that the social aspect of the church forms a substantial part of the rea*on people remain in the faith. Jesus was a socialite; he had 12 close friends,
he would eat out at people homes; he would even invite himself to the home of complete strangers for lunch as he did with Zaccheus.
It is not that Jesus was necessarily an extrovert since he would often be found by himself on a mountainside. He had a passion for people; he was in touch with the feelings of their infirmities. He could relate to both their joys and their sorrows. That's what friends are for.
Seeking to form a genuine friendship with the members of your church community is a significant aspect of a real revival.

Be Social
It is one thing to say you are a friend, but true friendship is built through experiences. It is often said that it is hard to make friends after you leave school. This is said because, at school, you get to spend hours getting to know someone and participating in various activities and building your friendship investment. Participating with people on a frequent basis in some form of social interaction builds friendship and companionship. It is when you have gained someone's deepest trust that you can have meaningful conversations and get them to join you in whatever venture we may pursue.

Genuinely Serve others
Sometimes a church dies because it has become stagnant. Like the dead sea that cannot support life, it is only preoccupied with getting instead of giving. A living and thriving church is one that has developed a culture of giving. Members create a culture of giving of their time and resources to helping others. A church that is working is a church that is living. Changing to that culture may take months or years, but as the saying goes, we overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in a year. It can start with only a few faithful and willing members. Find a small project and work consistently at giving the best that you can over a long period. Soon, you will be able to share your wins and invite others to join your cause.

Gather ideas
As leaders, we must be listening to our members. Keep your ear on the ground to determine the needs of the church. Actively seek out ideas and strategies and implement these ideas. When members can see their ideas become a reality through the church, they feel like they are a part of a purpose-driven church and are more likely to join the efforts to meet the vision.

MARRIAGE IS LIKE A SHOE

MARRIAGE is like a shoe. When you wear oversize be ready to drag it along through out life, and when you wear under-size be ready to feel the pains through out life." One thing about marriage is that you don't drop your shoe or remove it at any point, no matter how painful or how stressful it is.

That is why I thought it necessary to write you this letter.

Dear Singles,
When you are ready to buy your own shoe please take note of these three things:

1. PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Do not look for the beautiful ones, the nice ones or the cheap ones. Look for the one that is your size. Not every handsome, wealthy or intelligent guy is for you, not every beautiful woman is for you. Look for the one that is meant for you, the one that aligns with your values and beliefs, the one who you meet at your life's journey. It is important to know where you're going in life before you think of getting a wife or a husband.

2. POSITION:

All sizes of shoes are not placed in the same place. There is a place for court shoes, laced up shoes, sport footwear, snickers etc. We have Children sizes, young people's sizes and the adult sizes. Know where to get your own shoe. Your size cannot be everywhere my brother, your type cannot be everywhere my sister. You cannot be a Christian, and be looking for a wife material at a club. Your wife or husband can't just be everywhere.
Stick to your values and therein you shall find someone like you, but when your values are not defined anyone can just match you. Discover yourself and define your values

3. PERCEPTIONS:

In this kind of shoe purchasing enterprise, you are not permitted to try the shoe before you buy. This is why it is important to seek guidance and counseling, from people who have bought shoes before or are into the business of directing people to the right shoes (pastors, marriage counsellors and Relationship coaches).
And most importantly to avoid much time wasting , simply consult the shoe manufacturer to tell you your size(Almighty God).

NOTE :"You do not prepare for wedding, you prepare for marriage."Ladies of today get so motivated when they attend weddings and they will quickly want to say yes to that guy. Wait!!! It is not just the wedding ooooh. The wedding is just one day.

After the wedding WHAT NEXT?
Finally, it is not something you rush to the market and just pick a shoe because you like or can purchase it,

Ask questions

-Where is this shoe made from (Background)

-What's the size (Values)

-How much (His/Her interest)

-How long will it last (His/Her Character)

-Who made it? (Is she/He of the same faith This is compatibility)

-Will it match me? (This is whether he /she loves you and will accept you the way you are)

Dear one, remember many are dragging their foot and they would hardly reach their destinations, many are feeling endless pains and wish they could pull off the shoes but no way!!! I have seen people with beautiful shoes and when they show you their foot, you will see scars. Beloved, it is not about the physical, it is the size, you can't know the size from afar so come close, build a relationship first but remember 'you are not permitted to try it before you buy it'.

And for those who have purchased the wrong shoes, you can still make it your size again if you'd consult the manufacturer and let Him have His way in your marriage.

May God bless us all. Feel free to share to all singles, you might be touching someone's life.

As Christian leader just straight or focused what our mission and vision... never mind the obstacles that happening on left or right side just straight forward..

Focusing on the current state of affairs of this world can be overwhelming. Each new week seemingly comes with tidings of bad news. What should you do? How should you navigate?

The story is told of a young athlete named Peter, who was preparing for a huge race. This race would qualify him for a track scholarship that he needed so badly. The day for the race came, and the runners lined up in their starting position then they were off running down the track. Peter was leading the track, and he was focused on winning the prize. Just before the finish line, Peter turned back to see the distance between himself and his competitors. It was at that moment that he lost the race as two other competitors ran past him.

When driving, do you focus on the steering wheel, or do you focus on the road? Concentrating on the steering wheel will cause an accident. Why then do we drive or run through our Christian journey focused on our problems? Why as leaders do, we focus on the difficulty of the work instead of our mission and purpose?

If as leaders, we often experience this challenge of losing our focus, it is conceivable that the members of our various congregations might be facing focus shifting difficulties.

The Bible has the answer for us when our fear causes us to focus on our challenges. Like Peter, if we take our eye off Jesus, we will begin to sink. Hebrews 12:2 admonishes us to overcome these challenges by "fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith." Place your specific trials at the feet of Jesus, and he will give you the overcoming power you need to endure.

Share this strategy with your congregation by identifying the general problems faced by persons in your country or community. Discuss the effects of these challenges then focus on How the Bible teaches us to meet them while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus. Pray for others earnestly, share in their burden.
