We usually only allow daily or weekly rental for us to ensure proper maintenance of our unit and all the things inside.

Allowing monthly stay with our previous guest worked out well as she has been very responsible and very neat. She took good care of all the things and kept in proper order even we were doing the weekly cleaning for her.

Our great service to our guests continues regardless of the length of their stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Self checkins has never been easier and convenient for our guests when we upgraded to digital lock. We treat security with highest priority.

✅Can check in anytime with the provided unique access code
✅No need to carry a key every time you need to leave the unit
✅No need to worry and pay for a lost key
✅No need for a duplicate key if guest and companion have different schedules of arriving and leaving the unit
✅No need to worry of intrusions as access code is unique for every guests and only valid during their stay

2022 has been a great year for Regan’s staycation. We had the amazing guests so far. With some few challenges, we were still able to maintain the high standard of service and kept our 5-star ratings.

We are now looking forward to a better 2023 as we continue to learn and give our guests the great experience they deserve.

We have paused our bookings for a while due to staffing constraints, and some minor bathroom fixes. But we are still grateful as our guests quickly filled up the schedules for the Christmas holidays. 🥳🎄❤️
