Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific announced two new routes from Iloilo to Tacloban and Iloilo to Zamboanga with a P1 one-way base fare seat sale.

In a statement, the airline said flights between Iloilo and Tacloban will resume starting October 27, while flights from Iloilo to Zamboanga – a new direct flight for the airline – will start from October 28.

To entice passengers with the new routes from Iloilo, the airline said passengers may book direct flights from Iloilo to Tacloban and Zamboanga for P1 one-way base fare, exclusive of fees and surcharges, until September 15, 2024.

The travel period for the seat sale is from October 27 (for Iloilo to Tacloban) and October 28, 2024 (for Iloilo to Zamboanga) to May 31, 2025.

“The addition of our new domestic routes from Iloilo aligns with our mission of making air travel accessible to a wider range of passengers. We look forward to flying more Juans across our growing inter-island network and better enabling them to discover the beautiful islands of the Philippines,” said Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific president and chief commercial officer.

The Airport Control Tower of Changi Airport in Singapore, Mactan-Cebu International Airport, and Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport in Tacloban City, Philippines. The control tower is one of the most important components of an airport.

Currently, these three airports are connected to each other. Taclobanons and Waraynons can travel to Singapore via Tacloban to Cebu, then Cebu to Singapore, and vice versa. And if Tacloban Airport will become an international airport soon, it is possible that it may have a direct flight to Singapore. 🙏

We love to travel, and when we do, especially when we are travelling by plane, we cannot contain our excitement. We love to tell the world that we are traveling by posting our plane tickets or boarding pass to our social media accounts such as Facebook or Instagram.
Sounds harmless right? But don't you know that posting such things in social media is certainly not advisable.

✈️Do you notice that barcode on your boarding pass? The information printed there, it actually reveals more than you think.

Pansin nyo ung mga pinopost ko na ticket at boarding pass tinakpan ko ung mga importanteng detalye dun lalo na ung Barcode at PNR..bakit? Dahil pwdng maraming mangyari kapag hindi po tinakpan ung mga importanteng bagay na un
✅1. Pwdng palitan ng name ng mga masasamang nilalang ang ticket mo
✅2. Pwdng ipa refund ng mga makakating kamay ang ticket mo
✅3. Pwdng ipa travel fund ng mga scammers ang tickets nyo na di ninyo mamalayan
✅4. Pwdng lagyan ng mga additional baggage etc.. At magkaroon ng malaking amount due ang ticket mo
🤔5. Maaring hindi nyo na magamit ang ticket nyo pagdating sa airport
At marami pang ibang pwdng mangyari, kaya hanggat maari wag na magpost ng ticket or itinerary kapag hindi pa ito forfeit o hindi pa nagamit
So think before you post ha.. 🧏‍ mag ingat lang po tyo.
