House Rules for Our Cozy Backpacker Condo

Welcome to our condo! We hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please take note of our house rules:

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 NN

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, depending on availability.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas if available. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty fee.

Pet:
Only one pet is allowed to stay with an additional cost of 1,000.

Parties & Noise:
No parties, events, or loud noise. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Occupancy:
The unit is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests must be approved prior to arrival.

Cleanliness:
Please treat the space with care. Wash and clean any used kitchen utensils, plates, and mugs, and place them back carefully inside the utensils cabinet. Any used towel, kindly place it inside the hamper. Dispose of garbage properly and keep the unit tidy. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the condo.

Cleaning Charges:
Additional cost of ₱300 cleaning fee shall be collected on top of rental rates.

Refundable Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of ₱1000 is required before check-in. This will cover any damages incurred and for violating the house rules during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out if no damages are found.

Damages:
Please report any damages immediately. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property, and the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. Any damages exceeding ₱1,000 will be charged to the guest.

Keys:
Lost or unreturned keys will result in a replacement fee of ₱500.

Safety & Security:
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the condo.
Do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

No Illegal Activities:
Any illegal activities or use of prohibited substances will result in immediate eviction and involvement of local authorities.
