We're HIRING: 2 Office Staffs (Operations)!
Job Description:
* Checking of hotel room rates and availability.
* Booking hotel rooms for travel groups, travel leaders, and travel guides
* Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of vouchers.
* Checking and booking transportation means of clients such as bus, boat, plane, and other vehicles needed for transportation
* Assist the Operation Manager
* Assist in making contracts with partners (accommodations, transportation, and tour destinations)
* Attend meetings with the management and business partners
* Clerical tasks such as filing and updating paperwork
* And any other work related responsibilities that may arise
Qualifications:
*Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
*Required language(s): English and Cebuano
*Preferably with at least 6 months of working experience in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
*Fresh grads are welcome to apply
*Required Skill(s): Phone call etiquette, Computer Operations Literate, MS Office Literate.
Salary: Php 9,000 - 14,000
Office hours: 9:00 am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
