ALL restrictions on non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos have been lifted by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

Under IATF’s Resolution no. 52, the non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos shall be subject to the following conditions:

▪️Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas;
▪️Adequate travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses;
▪️Allowed entry by the destination country in accordance with travel, health and quarantine restrictions;
▪️Execution of a Declaration acknowledging the risk of the travel; and
▪️Upon return, shall follow the guidelines of returning overseas Filipinos of the National Task Force.

FYI TRAVELERS who will ride the plane ✈️🤗
!!️REQUIREMENTS NEEDED to go home to the province:
1.MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
2.TRAVEL PASS
2.TRAVEL AUTHORITY
!!️WHERE CAN I TAKE OR PROCESS?
1. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE-in the hospital where the barangay will refer you
2. BRGY. TRAVEL PASS-to your barangay hall.
3. TRAVEL AUTHORITY-at PNP STATION in your area
!!️WHERE WAYS HOW TO GET THIS:
1. Go to your barangay and ask how to get a medical certificate
_ and they will send you to the health center or hospital of your place.
It depends on your barangay where the hospital will refer you.
- there's a Laboratory Test (and you'll get it for a long time) so if you want to go home traveler, process it
!!️Note: medical certificate is the longest process, according to my client - they've pronounced it for a week.
Compared to other documents that can be processed within a day.
NOTE:
from my client, they got their medical certificate after 1 week because they paid.
But if it's free, you'll just pass through 14 days of quarantine
2. If you get a medical certificate, you can now buy your ticket going home, because you have a fifill-seat form in your barangay for getting the Travel Pass. It is needed for your travel details.
And when you get everything in 1 and 2,
3. Go to the PNP to process TRAVEL AUTHORITY
- just wait five (5) days to be released and receive your TRAVEL AUTHORITY
!!️ Reminder:
While processing medical certificate,
Coordinate first with the LGU that you will go home.
Call the relative and get an ACCEPTANCE LETTER.
LGU will call you where you are going home in the province or LGU to confirm your return.
Getting a travel authority is easier when your relatives in your home have also been to the LGU municipal office to inform that you are going home and get an acceptance letter.
When you get an ACCEPTANCE LETTER, your relative will take a picture and your relative deserves to send it in messenger because you are the traveler, you will show it to the PNP so you won't have difficulty getting the travel authority.
!!️TRAVEL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL: (when you are already at the airport)
Someone will assist you personnel at the airport to get HEALTH DECLARATION AND PASSENGER LOCATOR
!!️The Documents that should be held while at the Airport:
🔹 Valid I. D
🔹Confirmed Flight Ticket
🔹Temperature check-upon departure in the origin airport
🔹Health Declaration- upon declaration in the origin airport
🔹Travel pass
🔹Passenger locator form
FYI- social distancing and wearing of mask required in the airport
