Remember to register on the E-Travel portal prior to your flight. This is mandatory for all arriving international passengers and departing Filipino passengers.

As of January 08, 2024, the PH Bureau of Customs' Baggage Declaration Form and the Currency Declaration Form are now integrated into the E-Travel System, along with the Bureau of Quarantine's Health Declaration Form and the Bureau of Immigration's Departure and Arrival Cards. This development aligns with the Philippine government's aim to digitize all CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) paper forms into one electronic platform.

Cebu Pacific Advisory # 1
Cancelled Flights Due to Closure of Cotabato Airport Runway
As of June 22, 2023, 3:00 PM

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has announced the immediate closure of the runway at Cotabato's Awang Airport for urgent repairs of the asphalt overlay. Consequently, Cebu Pacific flights will be suspended until June 30th:

The following flights will not operate:

5J 885/886 Manila – Cotabato – Manila
5J 887/888 Manila – Cotabato – Manila
DG 6684/6685 Zamboanga – Cotabato - Zamboanga

Passengers booked to travel Manila-Cotabato and Cotabato-Manila from June 23-June 30 will be rerouted and accommodated on flights to/from Davao International Airport.

CEB will also operate the following recovery flights until June 30:

Effective June 25 – 30, SUN-FRI:

5J 957 Manila – Davao (ETD 7:15 AM, ETA 9:15 AM)
5J 958 Davao – Manila (ETD 10:05 AM, ETA 11:55 AM)
5J 955 Manila – Davao (ETD 1:35 PM, ETA 3:30 PM)

Effective June 25, 27, 28, 29, SUN/TUE/WED/THU:

5J 956 Davao – Manila (ETD 4:15 PM, ETA 6:05 PM)

Effective June 26 & 30, MON/FRI:

5J 956 Davao – Manila (ETA 4:05 PM, ETA 5:55 PM)

If this option is not suitable for you, you may also choose any of the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Flight Rebooking / Rerouting
Rebook or reroute to any flight bound for Davao, General Santos, and Pagadian City for free. However, if the travel period extends beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date, a fare difference will be applied.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

For passengers of Zamboanga-Cotabato-Zamboanga flights, Travel Fund and refund options are available.

We will provide updates, as necessary.

PAL allows early check in for international passengers with departures in NAIA Terminal 1 and 2.
NAIA Terminal 1: Early check-in at 6 hours before departure
NAIA Terminal 2: Early check-in at 5 hours before departure
