Jhocson Residences is located at the center of university belt, across the street from National University, 5-10 minutes walk from UST, FEU, UE & many test/review centers.

– All “semi furnished unit” comes with private CR, Aircon, kitchenette with sink, shelves, 2 or 3 solid rubber wood bunk beds w (36" not 30") Mandaue mega firm foam mattress, individual locking closet, table with chair.
– Each guests will receive their own access card & free wifi user ID with password.
*Cooking is allowed only with ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.

– all are "fully furnished units", hotel type units are great for executives, vacationers, visiting family.
– comes with a private CR, Aircon, Kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, hot plate, water kettle, pot & pan, cooking & dining utensils. Double bed in bedroom, (single bed in the 2nd bed room units) pillows, bed linen, blanket, bath towels, 32" digital TV with TV plus channels, locking closet, dining table with chairs. 2 person couch (can be used as a 3rd or 4th person sleeper at night) in a spacious & bright unit with panoramic views.
*All electric & water usage are included for short term (2-14 nights) stay. For guest staying longer than 15 days electric & water usage are not included & billed monthly.

—Move in requirements are 1-2 months security deposit (depend on length of stay) + 1-2 months advance rental payment include reservation fee (consumable as rent payment on the Last month & 1st month).
—Cancellation 7 days after reservation will forfeit the deposit.
Availability of units are limited, we recommend early reservation (up to 1 year in advance) to secure your bed space or unit required.

Dear Lord, We Kneel in front of you to thank you for the continued grace and in seeking for your protection on our residences and staff members, who sacrificed their own comfort at home to serve. We also pray for those who are in the front line, the nurses, doctors, MMDA officers, the governmental personnels who worked tirelessly for our safety and all our country men in this unpredictable time.
Lord we know you are the king of kings, the all mighty healer and if we call on Your name and humble our self, repent and turn away from evil, You will forgive our sins and heal our land. Today we rest upon your promises and grant us the peace in our heart as in Psalm 91. In Jesus name we pray Amen.
