I.) Manila Flight Operations
Outbound:
ANA Manila-Narita (NH 820) and Manila-Haneda (NH 870) flights continue to operate daily. Please see the flight schedules below:
Inbound:
In accordance with the Philippine Government's adjustment on international arrivals, ANA Narita-Manila (NH 819) and ANA Haneda-Manila (NH 869) flight schedules until March 26, 2022 will be as follows:
Passengers affected by the suspension of flights may rebook / refund their bookings free of charge. Please refer to our latest advisory (Update 31) on ticket handling.

II.) Airport Reminders Manila:📌
All ANA flight departures and arrivals to/from Manila are at NAIA Terminal 3. Check in counters open 3 hours prior to the flight's estimated time of departure.
Passengers will be allowed to enter the airport anytime provided they are holding valid tickets for flights departing within 24 hours. The use of face masks and the Traze Contact Tracing App within the airport are mandatory. Passengers without face masks shall be refused entry into the airport building.
Haneda:
ANA international flights to / from Haneda will arrive and depart from Haneda Terminal 3 effective April 11, 2020 until further notice.
III.) Outbound Travel from the Philippines
In accordance with the directives of Malacañan as recommended by the IATF-EID, the following passengers are allowed to exit the Philippines for essential travel.
OFWs (including sea crew members)
Students enrolled abroad and participants accepted in exchange visitor programs
PH passport holders holding permanent residence abroad
Foreign nationals
From October 21, 2020, non-essential outbound travel of Filipinos is allowed subject to compliance with IATF-EID requirements below. (This does not apply to destinations with existing travel restrictions.)
Confirmed round trip ticket
Adequate travel and health insurance to cover travel disruptions and hospitalization in case of COVID-19 infections during their allowable period of stay abroad
Bureau of Immigration Declaration acknowledging the risks involved in traveling (a blank declaration form may be downloaded here.)
Whenever required by the country of destination or the airline, a negative COVID-19 test result taken in accordance with the health and safety protocols of such destination country and airline
Upon return, they shall follow the Guidelines of the National Taskforce (NTF) for Returning Overseas Filipinos.
Foreign Nationals leaving the Philippines:
Effective March 1, 2021 foreign nationals leaving the Philippines must secure a Travel Pass from the agency that issued their visa prior to their departure date, pursuant to the International Travel Guidelines as per IATF-MEID Resolution No. 99-A dated February 11, 2021 issued by the Bureau of Immigration.
For this purpose, the visa issuing agencies include the Department of Justice, the Bureau of Immigration, and the investment promotion agencies such as the BOI, PRA, PEZA, CEZA, SBMA, CDC, AFAB, and APECO.
Foreign nationals holding an Emigration Clearance Certificate (ECC) are exempted from securing the Travel Pass.

IV.) Guidelines for Passengers Arriving in Japan🇯🇵
Following the announcement of the Government of Japan on December 28, 2020, foreign nationals are not allowed to enter Japan.
Only below passengers are allowed to enter Japan until further notice:
a) Japanese nationals
b) Spouse of Japanese national
c) Permanent residents
d) Spouse of permanent residents
e) Sea crew members
Additional COVID-19 Requirements for Entry in Japan:
Inspection Certificate / Certificate of Negative Result for COVID-19 test conducted within 72 hours before departure time.

Signed Written Pledge to follow the quarantine measures imposed by the Japanese Government upon entering Japan.

Quarantine Measures upon entering Japan:
COVID-19 Testing:
Passengers will undergo COVID-19 testing upon arrival in Japan. They will wait for the results to be released and for further instructions from the Quarantine Officer in Charge.
Quarantine Period:
Passengers will be required to quarantine for 10 days after arrival in Japan.
During the entire quarantine period, they are prohibited from using public transport (ex. domestic flights, buses, trains, taxis, etc).
Additional Quarantine Measures For Passengers from the Philippines:
Starting January 10, 2022 until further notice, passengers coming from the Philippines are required to self-quarantine for 3 days at a location designated by the quarantine station chief (accommodations booked by the quarantine office).
Passengers are required to take the COVID-19 test again on their third day. If the results are negative for this test, the rest of the 10-day quarantine can be done at home.
Passengers Connecting in Japan between International Flights:
Travelers who are not entering Japan and transferring directly to a third country by transit are not required to submit any documents and undergo inspections in Japan.

V.) Guidelines for Passengers Arriving in the USA🇺🇲
Starting November 8, 2021, noncitizen nonimmigrant passengers traveling to the USA must be fully vaccinated to be able to enter the country.
Passengers 17 years old and below or sea crew members holding valid C1 / D visas may be exempted from this requirement. For a complete list of exempted passengers, please check the CDC website.
Additional COVID-19 Requirements for Entry in the USA🇺🇲:
All passengers are required to present the following prior to departure:
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Negative COVID-19 test certificate taken within 1 day before departure for passengers 2 years old and above, regardless of vaccination status and citizenship. (Types of tests accepted) Note: Passengers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a positive test result taken no more than 90 days from departure and a letter from a licensed healthcare provider or a public health official stating that passenger is cleared to travel

Quarantine Measures upon entering the USA🇺🇲:
Fully vaccinated
Quarantine Period: Not required upon arrival
Testing: Recommended to take a COVID-19 test within 3-5 days upon arrival.
Not fully vaccinated:
Quarantine Period: Stay at home for 7 days upon arrival
Testing: Take a COVID-19 test within 3-5 days upon arrival.
Passengers holding a Document of Recovery are exempted.

VI.) Guidelines for Passengers Arriving in Canada
The following passengers can enter Canada:
a) Canadian citizens (including dual citizens), people registered under the Indian Act, permanent residents of Canada, or protected persons (refugee status)
b) Fully vaccinated foreign nationals for non-essential travel (must be vaccinated by accepted COVID-19 vaccines in Canada)
c) Foreign nationals who don't qualify as fully vaccinated will only be allowed to enter in specific circumstances.
Additional COVID-19 Requirements for Entry in Canada:
All passengers are required to present the following prior to departure:
Negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours before the last direct flight to Canada for passengers 5 years old and above (Types of tests accepted) Note: Passengers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a positive test result taken between 11 to 180 days prior to departure (beginning January 15, 2022).

Quarantine Measures upon entering Canada:
COVID-19 Testing:
Passengers are required to undergo COVID-19 testing upon arrival in Canada.
Quarantine Period:
Passengers may be required to quarantine for 14 days after arrival in Canada and are requested to include their quarantine plan in their ArriveCAN form.

VII.) Guidelines for Passengers Arriving in the Philippines
Only below passengers are allowed to enter the Philippines as of June 28, 2021:
a) Filipino citizens
b) Balikbayan under RA 6768
c) Foreign nationals with valid and existing visas
Beginning February 16, 2022, all foreign nationals allowed to enter in the Philippines will be required to show proof of full vaccination.
Additional COVID-19 Requirements for Entry in the Philippines:🇵🇭
All passengers are required to present the following prior to departure:
-Negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to departure time from country of origin (Passengers 3 years old and below are exempted, unless symptomatic.)
-Negative RT-PCR tests taken within 72 hours prior to departure still acceptable until 0001H of 19 JAN 2022.
-Completed One Health Pass (OHP) -Registration and QR code
-Pre-booked accommodation and RT-PCR test in an accredited quarantine hotel / facility based on the quarantine period specified for the country of origin
Other documents may be required for foreign nationals holding specific visa types:
9A visa holders must have an entry exemption document from the country's foreign post abroad.
9C visa holders must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test certificate for test taken 72 hours before arrival.

-Self-monitoring of symptoms until the 7th day from arrival
Not Fully Vaccinated / partially vaccinated / individuals whose vaccination status cannot be validated:
Facility-based quarantine with an accredited quarantine hotel upon arrival
Testing to be conducted on the 5th day from the date of arrival (discharged upon release of a negative RT-PCR test result)
Self-monitoring of symptoms until the 14th day from arrival
Passengers coming from Yellow🟡 List Countries:
Fully Vaccinated:
Facility-based quarantine with an accredited quarantine hotel upon arrival
Testing to be conducted on the 5th day from the date of arrival (discharged upon release of a negative RT-PCR test result)
Home quarantine until the 7th day from arrival
Not Fully Vaccinated / partially vaccinated / individuals whose vaccination status cannot be validated:
Facility-based quarantine with an accredited quarantine hotel upon arrival
Testing to be conducted on the 7th day from the date of arrival (discharged upon release of a negative RT-PCR test result)
Home quarantine until the 14th day from arrival
Passengers coming from Red🔴 List Countries:
Fully Vaccinated:
Facility-based quarantine with an accredited quarantine hotel upon arrival
Testing to be conducted on the 7th day from the date of arrival (discharged upon release of a negative RT-PCR test result)
Home quarantine until the 14th day from arrival
Not Fully Vaccinated / partially vaccinated / individuals whose vaccination status cannot be validated:
10-day facility-based quarantine with an accredited quarantine hotel upon arrival
Testing to be conducted on the 7th day from the date of arrival
Home quarantine until the 14th day from arrival

Proof of Vaccination:
For purposes of verification/confirmation of vaccination status, any of the following shall be acceptable:
VaxCertPH digital vaccination certificate; or
Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) / World Health Organization (WHO)-issued International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV); or
National digital certificate of the foreign government which has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement
