With the recent statement and direction of the Philippine government, we would like to assure everyone that our office is in full support of the measures being done by the government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Given this, the following preparations and preventive measures have been and are continuously undertaken by the Company until deemed unnecessary:
1. Information campaign through release of Health Reminders and COVID-19 protocols to all Cruise Guests via email blast and posting on Social media for necessary updates and announcements.
2. Availability of hand sanitizers during operations and charters.
3. Temperature scanning at the Pier and Boarding area.
4. Disinfection of common areas such as, but not limited to, comfort rooms, and boarding gates.
5. Periodic extensive disinfection of lobbies and Boarding area.
6. Closure of office this weekend for thorough cleaning and disinfection.
Relative to the social distancing recommendation of DOH, the our office requests for the understanding of all Guests to limit guests per cruise of 20pax from 50pax as a precautionary measure. Cruise Guests are encouraged to use online communication such as email and telecon for transactions with our office. Cruise customers are also enjoined to utilize available payment options in lieu of office transaction through payment partners like Metrodeal and Bank Online transfers.
Rest assured that our lines of communication will remain open. We hope for your kind understanding of the protocols we have temporarily put in place in the interest of safety of all customers. Meanwhile, everyone is urged to remain vigilant and be up to date with latest advisories and guidelines pertaining to the COVID-19.
