The skyline transformed into a neon dreamscape, with each skyscraper competing to outshine the other in a dazzling display of lights. The Symphony of Lights show illuminated the night sky, synchronized to a pulsating rhythm that seemed to resonate with the heartbeat of the city. Along the waterfront promenade, locals and travelers alike gathered, their faces aglow with the vibrant reflections dancing on the water's surface. The scent of sizzling street food wafted through the air, adding a sensory layer to the spectacle. In that moment, Victoria Harbour's post-dark allure proved that the fusion of urban energy, culinary delights, and breathtaking views could create an unforgettable experience that lingers in the memory.

Embarking on the Akiki-Ambangeg Trail up the majestic slopes of Mt. Pulag was an adventure that left an indelible mark on my soul. Let me regale you with the tale of our daring escapade from August 4th to 7th, 2023.
Our journey commenced at the Akiki Trail Jumpoff near the highway in Tujakap Brgy. Duacan, Kabayan Benguet. With spirits high, we embarked on the ascent, the promise of natural wonders urging us forward. Our first night was spent nestled in the embrace of Edet River campsite. As the sun peeked over the horizon, we pressed on, crossing the swaying bridge over Edet River and bracing ourselves for the grand assault – a daunting uphill battle. The trail's slopes were our adversary, but the towering montane pine forest provided an awe-inspiring backdrop.
Reaching Marlboro Country Campsite was a well-earned victory, a moment of respite as we refueled with lunch. With renewed vigor, we delved deeper into the wilderness, threading our way through the Mossy Forest. The boundary between the mossy haven and the expansive grasslands marked a transition, a tangible shift in the landscape's character. But as we ascended, an unexpected symphony of elements began to play: a thick curtain of fog enveloped us, rendering visibility almost nonexistent. The wind, fierce and unrelenting, danced around us with gusts reaching speeds of over 100km/h. Raindrops joined the performance, and as the heavens wept, we trudged on.
At the Saddle Campsite of Mt. Pulag, exhaustion hung heavy upon us, our clothing soaked through and our bodies chilled. Tents were pitched with urgency, and dry garments were donned like armor against the elements. A warm meal revived our spirits, and with bellies full, we surrendered to the embrace of sleep.
Dawn broke, and with it came an encore of dense fog, shrouding our campsite. Undeterred, we indulged in a modest breakfast of instant noodles, fortifying ourselves for the final ascent to Mt. Pulag's summit. Though the vista remained veiled, our hearts swelled with accomplishment as we stood triumphant atop Luzon's loftiest peak and the Philippines' third-tallest mountain. Shutter clicks and recording devices captured our elation, commemorating our victory over nature's challenges.
Descending toward Camp 2, we traversed the grand grassland trail of Mt. Pulag. The landscape, vast and untamed, seemed to whisper tales of ancient times and primal forces. The remainder of our expedition is etched in the annals of history, a saga of determination, camaraderie, and communion with the wilderness.
So, my friends, let this story be a testament to the resilient human spirit and the wonders that await those who dare to tread upon the path less taken. The Akiki-Ambangeg Trail on Mt. Pulag is not merely a hike; it is an odyssey of the heart and soul, a pilgrimage to the summit of self-discovery and natural grandeur.

Stepping into Disneyland Hong Kong was like embarking on a culinary and cultural adventure. As the sun dipped below the horizon, I eagerly awaited the "Momentous" Nighttime Spectacular Show, an experience that transcended mere entertainment. The vibrant fusion of lights, music, and storytelling painted the night sky, creating an immersive tapestry that celebrated the region's rich history and modern innovation. The symphony of flavors I had savored throughout the day found their counterpart in this mesmerizing show, reminding me once again of the unbreakable bond between food, travel, and the human experience. Disneyland Hong Kong had not only captured the essence of a magical evening, but had also etched an indelible memory that would forever connect me to the heart of Hong Kong's enchantment.

Busay Falls in Sorsogon City is a hidden gem, It is one of many waterfalls in Sorsogon, and most of the waterfalls are local secrets. The appearance of the waterfall would depend
on the dam in the area that controls the flow of water. During the rainy season, they usually release a large volume of water to protect the dam.

Together with Martha's Hot Kitchen Volunteers and Friends, we hiked
up to Bato Elementary School in Sitio Bato Barangay
Sapang Bulak in Dona Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan.
The primary purpose of this pay-it-forward initiative was to bring
donations like Computer Printers / Scanner / Copier for the school,
pre-loved clothes and shoes, and kitchen utensils for the Dumagat folks.
We had a short program for the handing over of donations,
then we served them delicious hot macaroni soup that was cooked with
love by our group.
