BEWARE MY FELLOW AIRBNB HOST!

To any host especially sa mga host na may AIRBNB, this guest msg me to inquire about my unit and I send them my airbnb link para mas lessen worries nila if via airbnb mag book. But i will never even thought na grabe stress ang aabutin ko as host sakanila and dealing with airbnb support (so BIAS). They are claiming that my unit is dirty upon turnover and that the bed is broken which is not true, I have over 14 5⭐️reviews in this unit since I started listing the unit in airbnb. My previous guests who stayed in my unit never had issues in regards to the cleanliness of the unit and especially the bed being broken?!!! ( to add up: I always ask my aunt to take a video of the unit before guest check in para may proof kami na yung unit is clean and in good condition upon turnover but airbnb never acknowledged the proof that I have)

I offered them that my aunt will clean the unit again right after he send me his concerns but he declined the offer and I told him that they can cancel their stay so they get full refunded but they insisted on staying (I don't know why they reported that my bed is broken but insisted on staying there and sleeping on the bed) They stayed for 2 nights and after that, they decided to go and escalate the issue of refund. They left my unit with my KEY and RFID cards also! But AIRBNB never raised these issues of mine to the guest until now, I don't have any updates regarding to the key and RFID cards that they still have right now. Instead they compensate the guest and AIRBNB gave them a full refund of 80% of the total 2 nights which is like a free nights stay 🙂

Sila lang ang kauna unahang guest ko na may issue sa unit but I will not be bothered and I will let my other good reviews speak for itself. Anyways blinock na rin ako nitong guest na to sa fb page ko and etong main account ko kasi alam nila may mali sila! hindi ko alam kung trip lang nila mag bigay ng bad review. They even labeled my rate as a unresponsive and unhelpful host which is not true I've been trying to offer and also they labeled my location "dangerous area and high crime rates" omg talaga
