In response to the IATF directive the One Health Pass is officially replaced with the electronic ARRIVAL CARD (eARRIVAL CARD).

All travelers are encouraged to fill up the eARRIVAL CARD within 72 hours prior departure at the country of origin to avoid inconvenience upon arrival.

Registration is FREE OF CHARGE and neither require nor collect any online payment. BEWARE of fake, fraudulent, or a scam websites and entities who requires payment from the travelers.

BALIK MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL UPDATE:
Take note of the following hotlines for S-Pass of the cities and municipalities of Misamis Occidental

S-Pass approval by your respective LGUs will only be accommodated every Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. For faster transactions, kindly processed your S-Pass application 2 days before your travel.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS under EO 105-A

FOR RETURNING RESIDENTS:

1. S-pass
2. Negative RTPCR result (Valid within 72 hours from actual receipt of the result)

FOR APORs: (RESIDENTS)

1. APOR Pass issued by the respective LGUs.
2. Proof of Residency
3. Negative Antigen Test Result every 15 days, to be confirmed by the CHO/MHO by affixing their signature at the back of the APOR Pass.

FOR APORs: (NON-RESIDENTS)

1. APOR Pass issued by LGU of Misamis Occidental, present AGENCY/COMPANY ID, or CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT.
2. Negative Antigen Test Result every 15 days, to be confirmed by the CHO/MHO by affixing their signature at the back of the APOR Pass.

Here are the updated steps to enter Negros Oriental, according the provincial government.
1 - Coordinate with your local government unit (LGU) of Final Destination. The contact details of the LGU of each town or city are outlined in the infographic below.
2 - Apply for S-PASS Travel Coordination Permit (TCP)
3 - Present your TCP and Valid TCP at the Port of Origin prior to Departure and at the Checkpoint or Port of Entry upon Arrival
NOTE: The testing requirement, along with other requirements for entry, depends on the LGU of the town or city you are headed to (or your final destination). The contact details of all the the LGUs are listed on the photo.
