Ticketing and Reservations Officer
(Office-based)

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in ticketing and reservations
-Excellent knowledge of GDS, preferably Amadeus and Sabre
-Knowledgeable in MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
-Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
-High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
-Can work under pressure and under minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
-Process airline booking and ticketing, transportation and hotel arrangements of corporate and leisure clients
-Resolve travel issues in a timely manner
-Process rebooking or refunds
-Maintain a good and professional relationship with clients and vendors

Karding Advisory No. 1

PAL Advisory on Typhoon ‘Karding’

We are closely monitoring the track of Super Typhoon ‘Karding’ (international codename: “Noru”), which is expected to cross through parts of central and northern Luzon and affect other areas of the Philippines tonight (September 25 – Sunday) and tomorrow (September 26 – Monday).

Flights to and from Manila (MNL) are still slated to operate today. Nonetheless, if the storm remains on its current path, Philippine Airlines may have to cancel certain flights or adjust schedules for urgent safety reasons.

If you are traveling on a flight to/from Metro Manila, Clark or one of the affected areas on September 25 or 26, we recommend that you check the status of your flight before proceeding to the airport. Please visit www.philippineairlines.com and click the “Flight Status” icon on the main page, and then fill in the flight number (without the “PR” or “2P” designation, just the number itself) and date of departure to check the latest update.

The flight's status is updated in real time, and there is no need to call the contact center to verify the information. We encourage you to continue monitoring the status of your flight using the Flight Status self-service tool on our website so that we can keep our contact center hotlines free of congestion.
