Image: The delivery of the new batch of Acero-class Fast Attack Interdiction Craft - Missile ot FAIC-M from Israel Shipyards Limited has just arrived in the Philippines.
The fast attack crafts come as a Horizon 2 project, complementing the Philippine Navy requirement for this project. Moreover, there are still no indicated names regarding the vessels recently delivered to the Philippine Navy.
Apparently, any upcoming orders of the Acero-class might get accomplished through the Cavite Yard, whereby the Israel Shipyards improve some facilities in the area as part of the contract.
Still, this is the recent development that increases the Philippine Navy's littoral patrol operations as what these fast attack crafts are desgined for.
