[TRAVEL ADVISORY] The Air Carriers Association of the Philippines--composed of members AirAsia Philippines, Cebu Pacific, Cebgo, Philippine Airlines and PAL Express--appeals to all passengers to proceed to the airport only when they have confirmed flights.

Guests who arrive at the NAIA whose flights are cancelled or have a different travel date will not be allowed to enter the terminal by airport security. This is in compliance with new airport safety protocols by the authorities.

We are working with the national government and concerned Local Government Units (LGUs) to find ways to expedite the mounting of additional flights. The situation is very fluid as travel restrictions from the national and LGUs change as they manage the current public health situation. Flights are limited at the moment as airlines comply with these restrictions.

Concerned passengers may contact NCR Crisis Intervention Unit Hotline at (02)8734-8635. They may also reach the Ninoy Aquino International Airport through text hotline 0917-8396242 or 0918-9186242 or call the voice hotline 88771-1111 for inquiries.

Here's another tip:
When bringing sanitizers for your flight, please make sure to follow the required volume, quantity and alcohol content (70% solution).

For your carry-on bag, you may bring up to 100ml of liquids, aerosols, and gels in a transparent, one-liter plastic bag or Security Tamper Evident Bag (STEB for flights to the United States). For your check-in bag/s, you may bring no more than 5L of alcohol.

AirAsia is set to gradually resume selected domestic flights on 3 June 2020. We would like to inform our guests that AirAsia domestic flights will be temporarily moved to Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport from its previous location at Terminal 4.

The temporary suspension of Terminal 4 operations is until further notice by airport authorities.

From June 1 until June 30, 2020, our Domestic Cargo Operations in Manila will be temporarily transferred from the PAL Satellite Cargo Terminal near NAIA Terminal 3 to the International Cargo Terminal (ICT) located in between NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Thus, receiving and releasing of both of our International and Domestic Cargoes in Manila will be at the International Cargo Terminal during the said period.

Please be guided accordingly.

CEB Advisory
As of May 30, 2020, 8:00pm

Cebu Pacific will resume operations on June 2, 2020, with a limited number of domestic flights out of NAIA Terminal 3.

We will restart with four flights, with the following routes:
June 2-4 Manila-General Santos-Manila
June 3-4 Manila-Naga-Manila
Manila-Cagayan de Oro-Manila
Manila-Cebu-Manila

Meanwhile, all international flights remain suspended from June 1 to 30, 2020.

Leisure travel is not allowed, as per government guidelines. Guests must check with the local governments of their origin and destination for the required documents.

We continue to work with the IATF, as well as national and local authorities on restarting flights. This is a developing situation. We may reduce or add flights depending on passenger demand, quarantine conditions and travel restrictions.
