2. In the rare event of sudden adjustment with the schedule made by the airline for any reason,
the guests are expected to follow the new set schedule.
3. Upon acknowledgment of the full payment, the booking is considered confrmed and !nal.
Booking is non-transferrable and cancellation can no longer be processed.

4. The Package is non-refundable and cannot be !led for rebooking. There will be no refund for any
unused tours, transportations, hotels and . *Rebooking can only be processed in the event of
natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist
activity, epidemics and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Refund is not an option.
5. Voluntary cancelation made 30-days before departure will automatically forfeit the full payment.
6. (For Visa countries) Visa is applied 90-days before the departure date. In case denied,
the Php 5,000 Visa processing fee is non-refundable. The rest of the payment will be refunded.
7. Cancelation made after issuance of Visa will automatically forfeit the full payment.
8. Passports should be valid for six (6) months before the travel date.
9. For the passengers who cannot pass the immigration process in any airport, the full tour cost is Non-refundable.
