Calling all Realtors and Brokers in the Philippines, "The real licensed proffesional ones" When will you get united in lobbying the lawmakers to regulate and impose real estate law and ethics?

Too many unscrupulous "Ahente kuno". If they want to make a living selling Real Estate, they need to study and get a license and pay the government their share of taxes.

No wonder there are a lot of sellers seeking direct buyers. Too many unprofessionals making the business cloudy.
