To all of our Valued Clients/Tourists,

The Japan Embassy in the Philippines is currently experiencing an extreme surge in tourist visa applications, resulting in extended processing time. Please be advised of the following:
1. Processing Time: Effective January 20, 2025, processing will take approximately 3 weeks (15 working days) or longer.
2. Application Limitation: The embassy will limit acceptance of tourist visa applications starting January 20, 2025.
3. No Rush Processing: Expedited processing will not be accommodated.
4. Advance Planning: Plan visa applications at least 2 months prior to intended travel dates.

To ensure smooth processing, please:
- Submit applications in advance.
- Check all documents
- Plan accordingly, considering potential delays
