We require 50% downpayment to book or reserve the date.
Downpayment is non-refundable. Also, no rebooking is allowed unless declared "lockdown" due to Covid-19.

Downpayment may be made personally or thru online transfer (BDO or GCash) and the balance to be paid upon "check-in".

Note: Additional Php500.00 shall be charged for every pet of whatever kind brought inside the villa. Additional Php300.00 shall also be charged for each electrical appliance i.e. rice cooker, sound system, etc. brought inside the villa or casa.
