DAILY RATES :

For Couple:
⚡ 1800/22hrs for 2pax
+ 500 security deposit (refundable)

For Barkada/Family:
⚡3800 on weekdays(Mon Tues Wed Thurs)
⚡4000 on weekends(Fri Sat Sun)
⚡4500 on holidays or concert

⚡Add 250 per hour extension.

⚡Additional Security Deposit of 1000 upon check in,refundable if no damage done in the house

WEEKLY RATES:
⚡20% discount on Daily Rate
+ 2,000 Security deposit (refundable)

MONTHLY RATES:
⚡40% discount on Daily Rate
+ 5000 Security deposit (refundable)

**Additional 300/pax adult
150/kid (one free kid if 4 years old below)
**Extended hours 250/hr

Check-in : 2PM
Check-out : 12NN the following day
Guests : comfortably for 1 to 8 pax only maximum of 10pax(with additional fee)
