Rani’s Beach House (RBH) has been the owner’s vacation house for several years.
Posting this with kindness and appreciation to our Valued Guests to manage your expectations. 😊

⛱️We welcome guests through bookings only.
⛱️30% reservation fee is required, non - refundable but rebookable within one year.
⛱️Balance to be settled upon checking out.
⛱️Parking space can accommodate up to 4 cars.
⛱️Our houses can accommodate up to a maximum number of guests only.
⛱️Guests are responsible for their own belongings and their safety.
⛱️RBH will not be held responsible for any loss.
⛱️Guests are expected to bring their toiletries and towels. Basic beddings will be provided.
⛱️Guests with lovely pets are required to look after their pets and take full responsibility for animal bites, discharged poops, and any damages caused by their pets.
⛱️RBH doesn’t offer catering services nor serve foods. Guests can bring their food and drinks without corkage.
⛱️NO throwing of trash in the sea.
⛱️CLEAN As You Go!
⛱️RBH is NOT a resort rather a VACATION HOUSE

🏖️FREE entrance of 20 pax. Add payment for excess pax.
🏖️free use of kitchen with basic utensils, gas stove and ref.
🏖️free use of hot/cold water dispenser with 1 gallon of water.
🏖️Common toilet
🏖️NO corkage
🏖️NO genset
🏖️NO wifi
