Homey 3 bedroom vacation house with pool. This house is our vacation home in Bicol. We spent most of our time in Manila and use this home only on vacation.

We thought of having it rented out when we are away so guests can enjoy the house as well. The house is situated between a lake and the coastal beach. Feel free to walk around and explore the area as well. If you are a bit of a fitness nut , you will appreciate jogging along the scenic road in the morning or afternoon. The sun will wake you up surely as the windows on the main room are pointing ea

st so expect some sunlight already trying to wake you up early. The property is just a boat ride away from subic beach. Most of the time you can have the boat pick you up in the nearby beachfront. Most commercial areas like stores are located in the central area by which you can rent a tricycle to and from it. You can also walk to there if you are up to it as it is only just about 1Km away. The nearest restaurant is a few meters away called " Bistro sa Bantigue" where you can get some lunch and dinner. We are also minutes away from the picturesque Residencia del Hamor Beachfront in Sta. Magladena. Day starts early for the local folks so do not be surprised to see them up and about before sunrise
