Left idle and almost sold when the owners moved to the United States. Revisited by the couple's only child in 2015 and asked her parents not to sell the property. Praying for over a decade, the couple finally received the phrase "Vision to Manifestation". Stepped out in faith, through God's Divine connections, Zeph's Haven (Established September 2017) was built only by God's provision. Now stands

a modern 3 storey, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath house with industrial feel. Located 10 minutes away from scenic Tagaytay strip. Our 3rd floor terrace / balcony is perfect for watching the sunset as you take a sip of your favorite iced coffee or mango smoothie. It is also spacious enough to do a mock camping, where you can lay your sleeping bags, enjoy the breeze and gaze at the stars.
