March 14, 2020 (as of 130pm)
Domestic flights today (March 14, 2020)

All Cebu Pacific domestic flights to and from Manila are already fully booked today. We request affected passengers to not go to the airport or ticket offices to avail of their rebooking, refund or travel fund options, and to please manage their bookings online instead. This is for the health and safety of everyone.

We will notify affected passengers via email addresses provided to us upon booking, once their bookings can be managed online. We are in the process of completing cancellations for March 15-April 14 flights in our system.

We are working on mounting recovery options in the coming days and will announce them as soon as they are available.

In view of the recent announcements of the government regarding community quarantine imposed on the entire Metro Manila because of the COVID-19, 2GO will be making the following sailing adjustments:

TO AND FROM MANILA SAILINGS

1. For now, Voyages to and from Manila from March 15 are CANCELLED. We are monitoring government advisories on a daily basis and once clearance is provided, we will resume normal operations.

1. Sa suspension of travel na magsisimula sa March 15, 2020.

Ipagbabawal ang air travel in and out of NCR..

If galing ka ng ibang bansa, at sa mga NAIA airports lalapag ang eroplanong sinasakyan mo, you will be under mandatory quarantine and will not be permitted to go out of NCR within the whole community quarantine period unless you belong to those who are exempted. MANANATILI LAMANG SILA SA METRO MANILA.

Kung galing ka naman ng ibang bansa at lalapag ka sa airport OUTSIDE NCR, hindi ka papayagan makapasok sa NCR, again, within the whole period of quarantine unless you are exempted. MANANATILI LAMANG SILA OUTSIDE METRO MANILA.

Sino sino ang magiging exempted dito na papayagan pumasok at lumabas ng NCR via land travel.

A) Drivers and pahinante ng mga cargos of suuplies going in and out NCR.

😎 Patients na kelangan ang facility sa NCR na wala sa mga probinsya.

C) Workers assigned in NCR who are living outside metro manila provided they can show proof. Example: ID or certificate of employment.

D) Public officials and employees na parte ng sa skeletal workforce ng gobyerno na nagrerespond sa crisis.

Magtatalaga ng iba't ibang check points at sa ingress at egress points ng Metro Manila. Sa bawat check points, maglalagay din ng kawani ng DOH para masigurado na walang sintomas ang mga papasok at lalabas ng NCR.

2. Sa usapin ng mga edukasyon at mag-aaral.

Gagamitin ng DepEd ang TRANSMUTATION FORMULA na kung saan cocomputin na lamang ang grades ng mga mag-aaral covering ang mga panahon na ipinasok lamang nila kasama ang 4th quarter na napasukan nila.

Kung sakaling hindi satisfied ang mag-aaral sa kanyang average, papahintulutan sila mag take ng exam (ONLINE) subject to the guidelines na iissue ng DepEd.

Gagawin din staggered ang kanilang FINAL EXAMS.

Magpapatuloy ang graduations na naka schedule after the quarantine period.

Hindi na irerequire ang mga gurong pumasok maliban kung talagang kinakailangan on LEARNER RELATED MATTERS na hindi kayang gawin online at ang utos ay manggagaling lamang sa DIVISION SUPERINTENDED.

3. Usapin ng kalakaran (Trade and Industry)

Magkakaroon ng PRICE FREEZE sa loob ng 60 days..

Lahat ng magsasamantala sa presyo ng mga pangunahing produkto ay KAKASUHAN AT IPAPAKULONG.

Hindi kelangang maapektuhan ang daloy ng supplies ng basic commodities.

HINDI DAW KELANGAN MAG PANIC BUYING SA MGA ALCOHOLS..

mauubos daw ang pera sa wallet pero hindi ang alcohol sa dami ng supply.

4. Sa usapin ng Religious Ceremonies and Worships..

: “...people living in Metro Manila would not be allowed to travel out of the region by land, local air travel and local sea travel beginning March 15 until April 14. Travel to the region will also be prohibited.

A suspension of all land, local air travel and local sea travel to and from Metro Manila shall take effect in 48 hours.

The LRT, MRT and the Philippine National Railways, however, will continue operation, with the Transportation Department tasked to issue guidelines to ensure social distancing on the trains.

Under "community quarantine," mass gatherings are banned and schools in the region shall be shut down until April 12.

Students, however, are still required to fulfill their academic requirements. The local government is tasked to ensure that students remain at home while classes are suspended.

Work in the executive branch is also suspended until April 12, except for a skeletal workforce to ensure continuous delivery of services to the public. The legislative and judicial branches of government are encouraged to also adopt the same policy.” - CNN PHILIPPINES

Cebu Pacific offers flexibility to its passengers, given the Philippine government’s updates with regards to COVID-19.

We understand the concerns and hesitation passengers have with regards to air travel. Hence, we have made some revisions to our booking policies:

1. Passengers booked for Philippine and international travel from March 10 to 31, 2020 can rebook their flights for free. Fare difference may apply. They may rebook their flights through the following:
