“Quiet, clean native style cottages in a garden by the sea”. T Breeze is a small resort situated on the west coast of the Moalboal peninsula, south west Cebu, Philippines. The peninsula is entirely composed of old coral limestone, raised above sea level by earth movements. The porosity of the limestone means no surface water or streams, which hel

ps to explain the clarity of the sea water in the Tanon Strait. The resort is located about 500m south of White Beach, Saavedra. We are about 1km down a side road left off the road 7km from Moalboal town (follow the yellow T Breeze signs). We offer a variety of accommodation set in a landscaped garden sloping down to a 55m. sea front consisting of a 3m. lime stone cliff with stairways down to the water. There is a rock platform 70m wide which is exposed at low tide, then a drop off to 60m. You can snorkel and see corals a variety of sea life including turtles if you are lucky. You will find the location very peaceful and secluded and the resort is intended for customers able to entertain themselves. There are several hammocks, sunbeds and deck chairs. We have kayaks and a paddleboard for rent. Scooters are also available. The attractions of the surrounding area are easily reached on foot or on wheels. White Beach with its native style bars is 500m north and there are other resorts you can visit. We can also arrange for a van or tricycle to pick you up and take you to your desired destination – Kawasan Falls is one favourite for canyoneering and you can cycle or hike in the hills above Moalboal. 6km south of the resort is the SCUBA oriented resort area known as Panagsama or Bas Diot with many bars and restaurants. The Moalboal peninsula is justly famous for high visibility, blue water wall diving .The seaward facing coastline is characterized by a rock platform, up to 70m. wide, exposed at low tide and submerged up to 2m. at high tide. At the edge of this platform there are coral gardens before the vertical drop off, initially to 60/70m., then deeper. Waves are only occasionally a problem since the Tanon Strait is essentially a big lake, even if it is a very deep one at 550 m! Offshore is the jewel of local diving – Pescador Island with its walls and caves and varied marine life. Moalboal must be one of the cheapest and most beautiful places in the world to learn to dive or develop diving skills. The Moalboal peninsula has been a popular scuba diving destination for many years and has a wide choice of SCUBA oriented resorts. In addition it has more recently been recognised as one of the world’s top freedive locations with very deep water just offshore making it an ideal place to train and practice. SHELL COTTAGE
Up on stilts to catch the wind and garden view, this native style cottage with terrace has wooden walls, aircon and tiled floor and nipah palm roof. Plenty of room for two with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. HIBISCUS ROOMS
A triplex with two rooms with queen sized bed, aircon, en suite bathrooms and terrace. Cement walls with nipah roof, tiled throughout. Ideal for two couples. Two persons max per room. There is a smaller third room with aircon and en suite CR. BOAT COTTAGE
Built in native style with concrete walls and mahogany/nipah palm roof. Tiled throughout. A larger space with an aircon bedroom (queen bed) with en suite bathroom and hot water shower. There is a terrace with sea view. SEAFRONT COTTAGE
This is the best location for a seaview. A large well appointed room with split aircon and French wimdows. En suite bathroom. There is a terra cotta terrace facing the sea with outside shower and private stairs to the sea. Good for two persons and upto two children. BREEZE BAR
Here you can relax, drink ice cold beverages and dine al fresco from our ever changing menu. The Breeze Bar terrace sits right over the sea and offers breathtaking sunset views. TAMARIND TRIPLEX. Three large hotel type rooms with split aircon, en suite bathrooms and terraces with garden views. Recently constructed. All rooms are less than 2 mins from the sea. We look forward to meeting you.
